As a full-time mother attending nursing school, enrolling my 11-month-old son in KinderCare on Lone Tree Way has been one of the best decisions I have made for him. My main worry was that I wouldn't be able to give him the time to attain the developmental milestones and opportunities he needs to prosper intellectually, be happy, and advance his motor skills. The outstanding child development educators in this program are experienced professionals who sincerely love what they do. They are kind, empathetic, and creative in their thinking about how to make sure the kids learn through engaging games and activities. Their knowledge of how kids develop is evident. I want to highlight the fantastic work that Denise and Jennifer perform in caring for all the infants at the learning center. They don't just take care of an infant's essential needs; they also ensure that they reach their full potential while being happy by giving them the best care and engaging them in stimulating activities. Due to their great communication skills, they have solid relationships with parents. Their academic knowledge and passion for what they do are both apparent as I previously mentioned. The staff at the center are kind and positive, and they are all highly skilled at setting up the learning care system so that parents can communicate quickly and feel confident that their children are in trustworthy hands. Thank you!

My daughter is two years old. She speaks but not very well. I say this to say my daughter has been going here for the past five or four months in the past last two weeks. My daughter has been crying when I drop her off when she first started, she was excited to be there every day. She didn’t even cry when I will leave but the last two weeks Ive drop her off she’s literally been crying. I’ve noticed for the last week when I drop her off, she’s in great condition and happy her hair is how I did it and when I pick her up her hair literally looks like a it’s been pulled from every angle not only that I picked her up one day and they claims she hit her eye on the edge of the table remind you all of the tables and all of the classroom are kid level it’s not even as tall as my daughter, so how in the hell did she hit her eye on the edge of the table. I ask for footage and they claim they don’t gave cameras I believe all childcare centers should have video of each classroom or room where ever there are children. I believe my child is being abused at this center. I know my child, and my gut is telling me that this is happening. Please do not take your child to the center.

False advertising about which schools they pick up from. All this company cares about is money, not children. They kicked my grandson to the curb because of "corporate pressure" to cut expenses and will no longer pick him up from his school. He's gone to this center since he was 3 1/2 years old - 4 years of taking tuition money from me, and his parent and subsidy money from CC County. Their solution was to have my grandson change his school! This is NOT "serving the families of the community". This is serving corporate's profit margins. The solution is NOT to tell the family to accommodate them and completely disrupt a child's education in order for them to decrease their expenses. "Is KinderCare's $1.4 billion in debt a problem? That's not an outrageous amount for a company KinderCare's size, but all of it comes due by 2025."oregonlive.com/business/…

KinderCare has been an amazing support system for me and my school age daughter throughout this pandemic year! She was able to do her classes at the school and got help whenever she needed it. The communication between the teachers, staff, and parents has been helpful as well! Ms. Crystal, Ms. Shannon, and Ms. Jamie are all great! Whenever I had any questions or concerns, they always handled it in a timely matter and followed up with me. It brought so much comfort knowing my daughter looked forward to going to KinderCare every day. Definitely recommend !

My girls have been going to this KinderCare for almost 3 years and they love it. I love it to. The keep the place nice and clean, even before the pandemic. They are so attentive when it comes to the kids. Especially Mrs. Jada and Mrs. Shannon. They treat my girls like they are their own. It’s almost like the girls second home. They love to get up to go to school as they would say. My 3 year old knows just as much as the 4 year old. I love it. The school setting is wonderful. I would recommend this KinderCare to anyone looking for daycare.

Horrible experience!!Our 2 years old is expected to clean herself after using the restroom!!Our kid was "neglected", kept hungry all day long!!Teacher (Ms Shannon) totally unaware about our kid about what she ate/ what she did the whole day!!Assistant Director (Ms Lisa) says our teacher will help to maintain toilet hygiene whereas the teacher says we don't do it here!! Inconsistent information!!We filled out admission papaerwork which was a huge stack along with a LOT of information regarding our child's favorites ( food, toys, cartoons..etc.) which was never relayed to the attending teacher!! Teacher does not have any idea about that important information!!They charge super huge amount from parents hard earned money but FAIL TO PROVIDE LOVING CARE THAT THE KIDS NEED AT THIS EARLY STAGE!!!Hate this place!!!
