We want to give a shout out to Apple Valley Transfer & Storage in Apple Valley for their willingness and excellence in handling our moving need. We had a special circumstance that needed their assistance. They were willing to listen and to offer near immediate help.
Ashley, their Moving Consultant, was amazing and the three movers who came to our house today were friendly, professional, and handled our furniture with skill.
We would recommend them to anyone in their service area. We were so pleased and grateful to them for a job very well done!

The staff is very rude.They are open 8:00 am to 4:00 pm i be there 3:00 pm they are not unloading my truck . totally waste a time for this palace delivery

The people were so nice to me as I walked in, they even offered me cold water and asked me if I wanted to come back inside because it was so hot outside. I love when people show they have your back. Great place to be.

Ashley and her team were wonderful. They moved two houses for us and did a great job. I really appreciated the fact that they came out a second time once we were packed to review the estimate. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely awful. Throwing our items in the boxes, had to be recaled twice because they literally HID stuff so they could go home ewrly. Asking for food and drink all the time. Sent literal teenagers who had to be supervised, thoigh the supervisor just sits in the car.... Do. It understand why the military still contracts them. Having to file so many complaints and claims....

What great customer service!! I was in a pinch and Don saved the day. I needed a copy machined moved from one side of town the the other so we would not have any down time or problems in getting our docs out to our customers. Everyone else was telling me they would not be able to get to it for another week or longer. When I explained to Don my problem he jump right in and made it happen for us. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I have been using Apple Valley Transfer & Storage for my moving needs since the 1980's. This company has bent over backwards to help me move. In one move, the company's movers went to three different locations, and picked up my furniture and belongings and then delivered them all to my new home. Apple Valley Transfer & Storage, has also moved my business from one place to another. This company is safe, very capable, honest, and informs you of every step of the move, from beginning assessment to the end. The staff of movers were very careful with my furniture and accessories and delivered them and placed them where I requested. There is nothing this team cannot do. They do it all, and in one move, they brought a truck big enough to move my golf cart with my furniture. My last and present move took two days and it went off without a hitch. If needed this company also provides all packing materials so your items remain in one piece. They also pack everything if needed. My mirrors, Televisions, and antiques have always been in one piece and without scratches when they arrived. I would never consider using anyone else for my moving needs, and any person who needs to move anything, should also use Apple Valley Transfer & Storage, because they will be completely happy and satisfied when your items arrive at their new location. I cannot say enough about this wonderful company and their dedication to their customers, old and new.

ONE STAR IS STILL TO MANY!!! This company speaks no truth.Absolutely the worst experience I have ever dealt. From the beginning to the delivery. They tell you we are here to make this easy and stress free. Plan on your stress level to be off the charts.The packing crew, WOW I had packers going thru my comics and setting ones aside. When asked why those were set aside, said was going to ask if I could have these. I had a vintage BB gun from the 70's that had never been opened. One of the verified packers Nico opened and removed from the package. And being told that they are all Vetted because they do so much work for our military. I don't think so, not by the by they rifle thru your belongings.We paid to have them pack or televisions they packed none. The driver and his crew had pack them. I wouldn't recommend them to people I don't like. I would recommend researching and going with someone other then. And they tell you if they disassemble on this end they reassemble on the other end. NO THEY DON'T. Again from beginning to end the worst experience ever. From Donald the estimater who after 3 visit still couldn't estimate the value of 2 + 2. The drive who picks the loading and unloading crews. Well I can't even put it into words.They tell you if they disassemble something they reassemble on the other side. The crew hired by Andrew their top rated driver. Told us if they didn't disassemble they don't reassemble. We paid $2300 to have Televisions package. They removed the bases from the Televisions and the power cords. They are not in the boxes labeled parts. Our sleep number bed was not put back together like it should have been.As we they to unpack and reassemble our home the move I realized we made a very bad mistake, chosing Apple Valley Transfer/Allied Movers. Move to follow as the unpack. Also be aware they charge $1.75 a pound and if they damaged and break your belongings you get $0.65 a pound. And they don't care about your stuff.If you value you property your belongings DON'T use their packing crew they do not value you stuff. They broke items before even packing and still packing it, going to keep adding what we find broken1 × Coffee table2 x mission style CD racks2 x lamps1 x antique beer sign/mirror1 x king size bed foot board1 x Troy Bilt push mower bent wheels1 x Christmas Tree in ceramic base1 7' Christmas Tree3 x garage cabinetsNOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE, NOT WORTH THE MONEY SPENT, FOR ALL THE STRESS AND DAMAGE DONE TO OUR NEW HOME.

It’s one lady in the office that is very rude she has worked for apply valley for years. Warning to other drivers get your weight tickets elsewhere if delivering sit they will punch your weight ticket lighter than your actual shipment but the warehouse crew was great
