Worst experience ever!! I went in to purchase a Mountain bike and I had the worst encounter with Leslie!! I had asked her for assistance and she gave me the most disgusted look and walked away. No acknowledgment from her at all!!. And to top off my experience she was the manager!! If she treats customers like this, I feel bad how she treats her employees!! WORST MANAGEMENT ENCOUNTER EVER!!

Waited over an hour to get help w shoes. Made 3 attempts w Leah, each time giving the associates a chance to regroup and reorganize. Was not the associated fault, Management should have moved team around. When paying at register, Joshie lookscat us super cold and looked pi@@ed off at us, very intimidating. Not welcoming at all. Se ven enojados todos con nosotros como sui fueramos a robarles algo. Un clima frio. I called Store Manger to give my feedback. Katie or Cathy i could not catch it, responded with "did you not see we were busy!?" Totally putting the blame on us for the long wait and other. Just fact that their own Manager gave me a snappy response over the phone said it all. I gave this feedback to their Corporate number now giving it to the public. Ojala se porten mejor con usteded porque no hay rason que sean asi, no somos gente mala. Asi fue.

Like coming here and looking at the great camping gear. There shoe selection is good, nice hiking boots and the latest Hoka styles too. The only drawback, the prices. Was looking for a good bicycle, but the most affordable was still in the high $800's. Would ship here more often if prices were a bit lower but the REI Co-op does have it's benefits.

This is my 1st time having a less than stellar experience at REi. The store was nice but the main problem was the female cashier with a nose ring not acknowledging a line of 8 people for 20 minutes and when she does it’s to tell us she is not going to help us right now. The obvious thing to do is to call for backup but didn’t even do that another associate walked up and decided to help us luckily.

I'm a fan of the REI store and have everything I need for outdoors adventures, hiking, running, camping.The service is the best. They will help you in anything you need, you can ask any questions or concerns.It's pricey but you get a great quality for anything you need and the best you can return them if it doesn't work.Recommended to become a member so you can get discounts.
