I transfered my prescriptions here because the Buena Park location is just awful. Don't use this pharmacy if you want to speak to someone after the second ring or if you want a smooth transaction...I'm being sarcastic!!! This is my new home!

My husband had been to urgent care earlier in the day, and my husband needed a prescription filled on a Sunday. We kept checking with the Walgreens in Artesia which is in our neighborhood and the recording kept saying that they would call us when the prescription was ready. Well finally 6 o'clock came and we realized the pharmacy had closedat 6:00 so we drove over to Lakewood Walgreens because it has a 24 hour pharmacy to see if they could go into their system and fill the prescription for us because my husband needed it that evening. They were very accommodating and kind and very quickly filled the prescription. It put our minds at ease. We were so grateful.

Very disappointed with pharmacy service. I have been a customer with multiple prescriptions for over 7 years. I ordered my prednisone around Dec 21 and I was given a partial fill on Dec 22, a 5 day supply. I told the girl helping me that it is only for 5 days and if I come back will they have my order within those 5 days. She said no problem as prednisone 1 mg is very common. I come back on January 2, as you still did not have it on the 27th and then I am told that at 5:15 my order still is not ready and to go to the back of the drive through line. My leuflonimide is also not ready and MAYBE it will be in in a couple of days. I have been using these drugs for a long time, why doesn't Walgreens have an adequate supply? Why would a common drug like prednisone take so long to get and why would you run out and then expect the customer to understand that the Holidays affects the order? I was in business and we knew the holidays are a challenge. We would stock up so we could take care of our customers. Walgreens should think out of their paradigm box and stock up for the Holidays. Another solution is to allow customers to replenish their drugs a few days earlier this solution would solve two issues. One when I try to order as I fill my weekly supply, I could order it and have it mailed since it can take 5 to 7 days to get it and if you were short, I would have 3 or 4 extra days to get it, we shouldn't have to go without because of the Holidays. The girl today that had me go around to the back of the line just wanted to get rid of me and not take my suggestions seriously. Very poor customer service and she would not even look up my Singular card that Walgreens sent me to see if it was cheaper than my insurance.

Went for vaccine with appointment and filled up forms on line, still had to fill up forms against and took 30 min after appointment to get vaccine..staff very non friendly

The cashier Amanda is nice over the phone. She had a great tone of voice and was helpful but once I walked into the store and she looked to see what I look like she was kind of rude to me and made me feel like I’m bother her from the vibe she’s giving out. Just to make sure I wasn’t thinking too much about it I saw her ring up a gentleman with smiles and was even flirt tacious while she rang me up very dull didn’t say much to me and made me feel worthless. Not a good look.

I have been with this Walgreens brach in Artesia for a very long time. I like the personnel - their client relations service is 10/10. They keep tract of my medications when refill is needed.Of course, as in all organizations, some do stand out. JAZMINE is one of them. She remembers my medications and reminds me about refills. And she is amiable, friendly, patient, among her many good qualities.Today I noticed that she wasassisting an intern, VINITA, from Cerritos College. I foresee that the latter will make a good pharmacist, because she is humble (not apopular quality nowadays) and willing to learn the system.I always go by the drive by pickup and the audio is not always perfect (to my imperfect hearing, being a senior citizen) however Jazmine and also Vinita have the patience to repeat or say the words more clearly.

Just walked out from here. With my kids asking me why the employee was being so rude to me. For a kid to notice and not just me is so sad for the service of this store. You should have better customer service Agustin Fausto

What's the point of working as a customer service rep if you're going to act like you have a stick up your bottom. At the pharmacy when they opened the female at the counter said "can I help... the next customer?" With nasty attitude , I let it go. Then the cashier at the front didn't greet me, I was the one who said hello didn't get a reply. Didn't tell me the price, I had to ask him if I was good to pay, all he said was "uhm". Gave me my receipt and didn't say thank you, if you're having a bad day, stay your a** at home, don't ruin other peoples days.

The people at the pharmacy here don't know what they're doing. And rude. I couldn't get my medicine bc of the rude white women working at the pharmacy and end up in the hospital

I'm beyond disappointed with this location for many reasons but today was it for me! I bought a Walgreens brand heating pad that didn't get hot. Being a senior citizen who has to rely on rides, I went to return it. Even though Walgreens is printed on the pad, seeing that it is brand new, I was told I couldn't return it without the box. If I kept the packaging from everything purchased I would be considered a hoarder. I will not patronize Walgreens ever again. No wonder this location has only 2 stars. The store is dirty and rundown. Shame on you Walgreens!
