Such a cute tasting patio area with an exceptional view! Wine was amazing and service was so friendly! It makes you not want to leave (even on a cold and rainy day!). Definitely make this a stop on your wine tour!

In 2005 PaZa was born when owners Pamela and Zane Dobson bought a farmhouse in Auburn. Today the winery produces 600-800 cases of estate grown, award-winning wines per year. The winery sits on a hillside in the country and radiates a laid-back environment that is a far cry from the stresses of daily life. We encourage you to bring a picnic and taste through our current releases. Throughout the year you can find lesser known white varietals like Albariño and Viognier on our tasting menu. We typically have 5-7 wines available to taste, including Petite Sirah, Barbera and Primitivo to name a few.
