I received several texts saying I needed to take my phone in and have my sim card replaced free of charge. I arrived at 4:30 pm. After waiting in line for about 30 minutes. The whole 30 minutes store staff was working with customer that was there when I entered the store. They were having difficulties with there phone. Once they finished I was told the sim card was going to cost me $10, which I paid. While staff was replacing my sim card another employee came in the store. Don't think they worked at the store but offered to help since by now there were about 5 people waiting to be helped. The 2 of them were talking while she was working on my phone and at the same time she was helping other customers. I walked in the store with a working phone and left with a nonworking phone about 8 pm, 3 1/2 hours later. But as she was trying to work on my phone her and the other person behind the counter were talking about ordering different shirts and scarfs and how she had something else she requested but it was at home and they were gossiping about someone else. How do I know if between the gossip and shirts she did not do something that messed up my phone. I explained that I needed my phone working since I am caring for an elderly sick brother. There solutions was for me to go home and call customer service, buy a new phone or come back on Friday, 2 days later. She said I had to leave and she had to go home. When I asked what time they opened in the morning and she said noon. I just looked and according to the website they open at 10 am. They are taking no responsibility for my non nonworking phone. I cannot even call customer service now because it says my phone is unactivated. Now I have no phone to call my brother or for him to call me in an emergency, I cannot even call my brother or son to say my phone is not working. Staff said they just did there job and it is not there fault my phone stopped working when they worked on it, Is this the way they get people to buy new phones. Had no problem telling me I had to come back on Friday and the store opens at noon when the website says 10 am. How am I supposed to trust anything they say. Now here it is 11 pm and if anyone tries to contact me they cannot, I cannot even call customer service since when I call customer care they say my phone is not activated and for some reason I cannot activate. I am starting to think store staff deactivated my phone since when I left the store my phone was activated it just did not work and I was able to call customer care and now I cannot even call customer service for help. They did not care that when I gave them my phone it worked and while they replaced the sim card and gossiped with someone else behind the counter it stopped working. They just wanted to go home and did not care that I had no way to contact my family.

This ladies are smart they know what they doing they been there for so many years i swear they know what they doing other stores dont know there stuff and always make mistakes you must go here they tell yiu everything because there experience thank u girls glad to be a loyal customer

I've never had a pleasant experience at this location. Their costumer service is horrible. I've gone there multiple times thinking they probably had a bad day on my last visit but NOPE that's just the service that they provide. On couple occasions the two girls would be standing outside and as I walk in I don't even get a gesture from them. Couple seconds later they drag their feet inside to help me out. My husband has gone alone and it's the same issue. So I know that it's not me they don't like it's the costumer service they provide all times. I try to avoid this store as much as I can but unfortunately is the closest one to my house.

Ingrid was helpful but it took her 30 minutes on the phone to Boost to enter my address, which the first employee had never done, then to give me my discount. I had gone to a nearby Boost store yesterday and the girl wanted an extra $10 on top of my normal $50 to reboost. I said no way and left. Today I asked to reboost at my new rate and she said no, it takes the system a month to process the discount. Inefficient system!?
