Trying to get thru on the phone is a nightmare. Takes you to one prompt after another. Finally get thru and customer service rep knew very little as to the questions I had. Decided to go to the branch and teller was very nice.

Teresa Khoo personal banker did excellent job. Staff is very friendly plenty of parking teresa was very knowledgeable and helped us with our account. We will return to see her.

Worst service when I tried to open up a business account and personal banking account. The Asian guy (don't know his name, he never told me) doesn't know what he's doing. I went down the street to Chase and was treated so much better. Run away from this bank.

Latest update is I still haven't gotten my money back. I was told over the phone to wait 90 days then I called again as it was about a week away from 90 days and they told me to appeal each transaction separately like that makes any difference and it would take me hours because I was unconscious for about two months and there was a lot of transactions. Do NOT BANK HERE

This bank is so ridiculous they do not cash checks ??? Unbelievable but true I don't know why they do that but if you have a check from Citibank you need to check the list of banks where you can cash your check bad business

I first opened an account here ('97)), back when this was "Cal Fed". I noticed how much the staff kisses your a** when you FIRST open your account, but when you return to deposit/withdrawal on subsequent visits, it's "who the f*** are you?"- time. Citibank took over here, to obtain more patron's accounts, enriching there own wealth, making a BIGGER name for themselves. I remember a bank teller here used to come on to me, when I visited. She was middle-aged, Caucasian, tall, full-figured, ash-blonde hair, giving me b******* baby-talk. And when I rejected her advances, she got all bitchy/psychotic. I didn't think it would've done any good speaking to the branch manager regarding the matter, because she was "out there", too. It seemed like most of the staff were former patients from that nearby Charter Oak "Funny-Farm". One afternoon, I got a phone call from some teenage girl from Citibank with a "Minnie Mouse"-type voice, claiming I've been awarded $500 in overdraft-protection, same as cash. And I've got a bridge in London to sell you. Eventually, I got tired of my money being mishandled and feeling like I'm at the mercy of imbeciles, EVERY damn time I visited, and FINALLY ceased conducting my business here. Enjoy!!!

I didn't get the clerk name, which I regretted. He was very helpful and he was always smiling and doing things that we needed. Everything was easy.

I usually don't write reviews but I am very frustrated with the pharmacy service today. I called in to follow up a prescription refill request and spoke to the pharmacist who i apologize for taking her time to speak to me. She hang up before I can ask her when I can pick up or my other clarification questions. I am not surprise with the other comments here- but I thank Ellie the pharmacist for how she did today-- I will surely take my business somewhere else next time.

Location, location, location. it's all about location. So thinking about this location we couldn't use it So that's a serious negative. my mom is handicapped And she needs a handicap spot that is close to the entrance of the bank. well apparently That was taken when we were there if there was a handicapped spot at all. So My mom threw cold around the building trying to find a closer space Couldn't find anything and finally she was frustrated and said I give up I can't get in this bank And we had some really important business to attend to And we couldn't do it. Because of that We had to wait several days until we could get to a Citibank. Now I already have personal negative feelings about Citibank because of my own bad experiences with them as a creditor. I was disputing some charges on a Citibank credit card and they sold the credit card to some other bank And stuff fell apart And I was getting charged the $400 Her 450 or whatever that they were saying I owed when I had it in dispute Anyway it was a huge mass I hate Citibank and this experience made it even worse.

Pharmacy is awful! Called to confirm if my out of stock prescription was delivered and staff said it was only to find out when I got there it wasn't. They were so understaffed it probably was in the back somewhere but they couldn't find it. I tried calling later to complain but couldn't even get through and waited 25 minutes on hold...worse CVS!!!

Lousy bank. Check should have cleared yesterday. Forcing me to go back just to close worthless acct. Wouldn't cash my social security check right away. Website frustrating and useless. Make you go in circles. Don't bank here. It will be a big mistake

Worker was rude to me. I went in yesterday at 4:30. I sent a coupon to my card and she was telling me it wasn't there. Asked for my email like 3 times. All she was it's not there instead of helping me on the cvs app. She should make people feel welcomed and helped. Instead I came to the cvs in Baldwin Park. The worker there was so nice and showed me the coupon center then she helped me on the app. Very helped. I love that cvs.

Look, we all know that customer service is not on the top of cvs's priority list, but when they put your health in jeopardy that's another story. I got a prescription for some antibiotics because of an abscess, that had actually caused a fever. I get the text message that rx are ready, great because I got to get to work. I head over, eager to get rid of this fever and pain. When I get there they tell me I have to have a consultation with the pharmacist but she's at lunch. I said, come on please, I'm really sick, it's just antibiotics not fentanyl. I can't wait, I have to go to work. They said no and would not give me my medicine. Worst customer service on the planet. Absolutely moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
