My wife went through their drive thru and they refused to give her my medication ( I'm in a wheelchair). The reason for their refusal was because fthryilled a covid medication and they wouldn't accept the debit card for the copay. Mind you this all occurred at the drive thru. The attendant could've worn gloves to accept the debit card. She's in the healthcare profession for goodness sake. If this were inside the store refusing service might have made sense, but at the DRIVE THRU!?!?

Even though the text messages from CVS say 'Pick up before ', I'm really happy that I can still pick up my medication on that same last day. I recently stopped having health insurance but the pharmacist was still able to get me a discount. Thank you CVS for the exceptional service! ?

This CVS in particular DESERVES NO STAR and NO BUSINESS. The technicians at the pharmacy have the RUDEST attitude and AWFUL customer service. They are EXTREMELY DEFICIENT in good customer skills and should STAY CLEAR from the customer service arena.

Sheela? As a manager, really bad attitude. She was very impatient for us every time. Inside or cubside, she doesn't want to help if I have more questions. Do not choose this location as your pharmacy.

To Yelp or not to Yelp? That was the question and dialogue I was having with myself about doing a Yelp review about the CVS Pharmacy in Azusa. It was going to be a quick visit and I wasn't sure I was in the mood for a review, but after my CVS store experience, I felt it was my duty to write this review and share what I discovered. I was in the area and I needed some toiletries. Parking was quick and readily available. CVS earns a Five Stars Label for the following reasons: Reason 1&2: I found my supplies at a good price and I was pleasantly surprised to find Blue Ice. Reason 3: I saw a "Help Wanted" sign and I knew this is worth sharing because someone might be looking for a job. CVS is awesome to be recruiting locally. Reason 4: CVS is offering free flu shots. That's good community support. Reason 5: I saved serious money on Halloween merchandise. Reason 6: Customer service was attentive and efficient. I saw CVS staff everywhere and they were helpful. This is my 2nd CVS review and I really enjoyed the customer service, variety of products, and savings. This will be my new go-to store for toiletries and additional Halloween shopping.

The pharmacy itself is absolutely uncaring and rude. Always an issue with processing medication. They lack care and empathy for any situation that your in. I highly recommend anyone looking to fill or transfer a prescription look else where as you well encounter unresolved issues.

As I was waiting in line to pay, they allowed a lady that purchased a covid & test herself for at register , wait for her result & did not even wipe counter when she was done !!! How is this allowed? Exposing customer not knowing where this lady has been..

Awful service. Asked for an OTC medication and they didn't have it. I politely asked if they could check at the location on Citrus and the pharmacist said No I have to go check my. She was an Asian lady in her 30s

Cvs pharmacy , I recently was diagnosed with adult adhd after many years with symptoms that were affecting my life in more ways than one, mind i say adhd runs in my family both my kids have adhd , The pharmacist and staff made me feel so uncomfortable as soon as they read what the prescription was ,I chose this cvs because its closest to my home, i have only been on this medication for 2 months and their behavior made me feel horrible each time I've picked up my RX. I decided to go outside my insurance provider for my adhd disorder diagnosis because my insurances process is a lengthy one ,I was seen by a therapist through my insurance who actually said I have adhd but was required to see me for 5 months before being able to diagnose me or refer me due their policy,I found out after research that the medication is a high alert medication because people abuse and sell it but im not one of them .I shouldn't have to feel anxious or uncomfortable for finally getting the help ive always needed because my parents and teachers were ignorant to my symptoms as a child .Not only that ,but the pharmacist gave me the wrong dose prescribed quantity and when i went back for the remainder both the pharmacist and staff were giving me dirty looks. They need to stop generalizing people ,and making people who actually need and take their adhd medication responsibly feel like they are some type of criminal or drug addict and treat each and every one of their customers with dignity and respect. They have no right to question my doctor's decision to prescribe or change my prescription dose since they don't specialize in brain disorders. They also need to properly train their staff on how they treat and interact with their customers .Cvs really needs to take a closer look at who they allow to work under their name as pharmacist because I have found that this is a common practice and im not the only person who has experience such humiliating and embarrassing behavior .

This is NOT a MinuteClinic location, and they do NOT do "Rapid" Covid testing. The CVS website is incorrectly sending people who book online, to this location... telling them (& confirming in emails & text messages) that they are going to a MinuteClinic where they'll get a rapid test (results in 2 hours). But the Azusa store (101 W. Foothill Blvd) only administers Covid lab tests, with results 1 to 5 days. Also, they told me "you'll get results in 1 to 2 days", however its been 4 days & I'm still waiting. If you need a Rapid Covid test be sure to book it at the MinuteClinic in Pomona or Arcadia.

Went in for passport photos for my children. It was busy and the staff at the front were kind and doing their best. But when it came to take their photos, the woman acted as if it was an inconvenience, was very unfriendly and seemed impatient. I tried being friendly and her demeanor didn't change very much. Children didn't feel comfortable and came out as worst passport photos. Later found out, this is the manager of the store.

Bruce has been a pharmacist since CVS Pharmacy was called Savon I think or whatever it was before at this location at 101 W. Foothill in Azusa. He has always been friendly, very helpful in getting all the information I needed, insurance card updates, setting up automatic refills, & calling my doctor to get refills. He goes above & beyond to make my transaction quick, comfortable, & smooth .
