I really don't enjoy leaving bad reviews, yet this store's staff is consistently preforming subpart! Today I went in to pick up some drinks, and upon checkout, I asked the girl if I have any coupons or discounts. She said instantly "there's no coupons". I told her again it would be on my extracare card, and she pretended to look at the screen and said within 2 seconds "no you don't!" After completing the purchase, it was no surprise to me she didn't even say "thank you", just like she didn't greet me when I entered the store. The store manager Ms. Myranda Escoto is exactly like that over the course of 2 years at least, except 2 days ago when it was the only time she asked me if I needed help. This is definitely NOT what customer service is about!

I bought children medicines which had a post of $1 instant coupon. When I paid it wasn't valid since there machine was not working. This store is offering $1 instant coupon on several products but, cashier's excused was although they they can't make it valid they still have to posted because those coupons are sent to every stores. This didn't make any sense "offering something that couldn't make it valid"😡 this feels a fraud to costomers

Ive been to my fair share of cvs around the world and i must say that the service here was one of the worst. After waiting a ton of time for the pharmacy to acknowledge me and at the cashier it took them even longer.

The two women working in the pharmacy were very rude and lazy, and their attitude was very bad. One of them even told lies. Although I live nearby, I will never visit this store againï¼

How do you forget to order medication? How do you fail to inform a patient that needs their medication daily and religiously to function that OOOPS your manufactures didn't bother to send it out to you. Or did you just not bother to order it *again*? If my medication was insulin they could have killed me but since it's a regulated psych med they treat you like a drug addict. I asked if any other stores had it in stock and they claimed CVS has a policy against *helping me find my medication*

It took about an hour and 20 minutes for them to give me my medication when they said it should only take 30 minutes

The staff is rude and lazy. My sister's medication should have been ready at 3:30, it is now 4:38. Plus it took them 10 minutes to even answer to my request. The staff just waved me off and it took them about 20 minutes to get my sister's name right.
