We called around 7:30 and asked if we could still come in or was it still late. He said as long as we were in the store before 8 it was fine. We got there and the store manager helped us right away. He was friendly and helpful. He was patient as well while we were trying to make up our mind. He gave us a discount on the case and screen protector because we were getting a new phone. Overall, great service! He's an example of how managers and customer service should be. Update: had trouble 3 days later returning the phone because of an untrained sales rep who didn't want to return it. He told us we had to return it to the corporate store. We called corporate and they said he was suppose to return it because it was their inventory. We were on the phone for awhile with customer service and got the same answer. We shouldn't have had to go through that. We went the next day and they were able to return it but moises wasn't there this time. Moises is untrained and shouldn't be working in this field.

I couldn't be happier with their service and being so helpful. Andrew helped me find a phone that was perfect for me and my husband. I don't know how else to express my satisfaction with his and the staff's service.
