Very Helpful at this post office. Everyone there has been nice and respectful and they get the job done in a timely fashion. Thankful this post office is close in town and love the old fashioned structure as well :).

I put in a change of address on August 3rd and followed all the instructions I needed to do. Today is October 14th and not one piece of mail has been forwarded to my new address. All I keep getting is excuses. Repeatedly telling me third class mail will not be forwarded, which I don't care about it. I care about my actual first class letters. My concern is a new mailman has the route and either he is throwing my mail away or he needs to be retrained and take his job more seriously. It's impossible not to get one letter forwarded in 3 months. To try to make things better Francine told me that the new mailman saw one letter and forward it a month ago on a Saturday and coincidentally I still never got that either. This post office is not accountable or responsible when it comes to their mistakes and cover up for each other. The previous mailman was awesome. Always got my letters forwarded. Not with this new mailman on the route. Very very extremely disappointed, especially that there's nothing I can do because they don't care.

Drop off bins at this location has a sticky substance around the opening. All 3 drop bins have this sticky stuff. Even the one closest to the front entrance. This has been reported to the Post master. My mail sent from here to Rosemaed didn't arrive. It was a bill payment, it was not received.

I had a passport appointment for this post office. I had to wait 45 because they were taking people without appointment. When I asked why I have to wait they just ignored me. What's the point of making appointments when they take in walk ins and don't respect appointment times.

Absolutely garbage service, take that number off. That number doesn't send you to the store, rather a bloody machine that makes you wait for ever.

This review I had to do this is my third time dealing with a lost or misplaced package from Azusa post office the items was not stolen from my house the package was never delivered and the mail person let his office know that he made the delivery at the front door we have cameras because of the guys coming by and taking packages we showed this to the manager at the Azusa office he said he'll talk to the postal worker just like my other three packages said they may come 4 or 5 days later and never come the manager just give the run around just so you'll leave wish we had a reliable post office different delivery persons almost every day

People want to get mad at the post office for errors, but they have no idea the massive change in how normal mail has gone. It used to be about letters now since everyone has everything delivered USPS has to handle significantly more parcels. It means longer hours as they have to go back and pick up more, more often, and significant strain to get all these packages out. Top it off that the mail trucks dont have AC. Id wager 90% of people cant handle that work load. These people are still kind, still helpful and only give honest responses.

I don't know what's going on with the post office but I have three packages that all say delivered at parcel locker and they never left a key or anything in my mailbox. They were all delivered at separate days and never got anything each time! They were important packages too... They never answer the phone so for someone that works 930-6 I can't even go in to talk to them
