I was on my way to pick up my Mom for our Saturday food run at the San Gabriel Valley area. Before doing so, I needed to go to Wells Fargo Bank (WFB) to exchange lots of rolled up coins for some bills. I found this WFB off of Azusa Ave which is less than a couple miles from the 210 Fwy. I said perfect! I didn't know that this WFB is in a historic building built in 1906. WOW!!! That is about 118 years old. Amazing how historical sites still surround us in today's times. I felt like I was banking in the past, but in modern colors. The old door trimmings were still in tact. The steel gate outside of the vault is still there. The high ceiling beams had beautiful art. I was admiring the look and feel of the bank while standing in line. It was humbling. I actually had a tearful moment. Maybe I was there before at one point in a past life... who knows. Anyway, it was very busy. There were about 20 people in front of me. I stuck through it. Once it was my turn, I walked up to the bank teller and started engaging in the exchange transaction. Bank teller was pleasant and friendly. It took a little while for them to count the rolls since I had a few hundred dollars to exchange. They have these trays to help them expedite the count. Funny, the bank teller thought one of my penny rolls was short so she had to take out one roll and double check which was fine with me. I didn't take it personally. I want to make sure the bank got the right amount of coins for the bills they were going to give me LOL. It should always be a fair and even exchange LOL. After all was said and done, bank got my coins and I got my bills! Thank you WFB!!!

Went in on a busy Saturday. Lines out the door. Ericka came up and asked me what I needed help with. She addressed my issues and reduced my time in half. Super helpful and extremely courteous! Thanks for making this experience so great on a Saturday.

If you care about your health, do not enter this branch! Tellers wear masks that don't cover their noses. Don't put yourself and your family at risk!

This spot is open right now during Covid . I ordered foreign currency and they were supposed to call me when it arrived and never did. Had to keep calling because they don't answer the phone. Finally I arrived at the branch since someone confirmed it had arrived. The tellers are super slow. One really had a 15 minute conversation with this other client and the line was only growing. It's a shame that the tellers take toooooo long with a client. It would be nice if they were faster so the line would move swiftly and the rest of the clients wouldn't feel annoyed. Martin was lovely.

If this is your first wire transfer, please find this branch. Because it allows you to remit at least 2 times to increase your impression of remittance. Special for important transfer. Of course, you have to pay twice time wire transfer fee. One of them is to pay for them bankers who have no experience. If you find this branch manager to go to argue, I'm sorry. You're looking for the wrong person, because the manager's responsibility is not to serve you well, he sees the policy as more important than your service. Even so, you have to blame why you did not confirm before wire teansfer. Of course, they will even more shamelessly learn from you about the remittance template. I was to be the customer for wellsfargo since i have the first bank account almost 13 years. Every branch and most banker were friendly and nice even just i deposit and withdrew. Only this branch are very special from not any more smile to let the customer pay them mistake. "Good", "very very good". Special praise for this branch currently manager

I almost hate to write this review because the staff in here is very friendly but it is essential that I do so. I called to set up a notary appointment and was informed that I would get a call back the following day because the notary was not there. I never did get that call the next day so I called the following day to set up another appointment. I was then told the same thing, the notary was not there and that they would call me back the next day. I told the representative what had happened and she acknowledged that they had failed to do so but she assured me that they would call me back. The next day came and went and I never did get a call. My amiable personality would have given them a third chance but I decided not to. In this fast-paced world of business it is essential that we do what we say we are going to do. I bid you adieu, Azusa branch.

This location was one of the best locations I've been too. When I first went into the bank, I was scared for my life. I had recently dug myself in a financial hole and I needed help immediately. Fortunately, I got all the help I needed. With kindness and reassurance, Monica assisted me in getting out of my situation. Because of her compassion and genuineness, I left the bank with hopes for my future. I thank the wonderful Staff at this location for always treating the Customers with amazing customer service.

I love this bank, they are very helpful. People complain about the wait time, but I never experience as other people complain. People expect get the service right the way on lunch time that impossible. 5 to 10 min wait for me at the most. Employees are very nice and friendly. And they show me the way to save money on different account.

While I no longer bank at Wells Fargo, I want to give a shoutout to an employee from this branch, Nancy Quezada. She recently helped my husband and me close our accounts and she did it in such a professional and expeditious manner. She was a true professional and should not go unnoticed. Other than that, the only other thing I can really say about this location is that parking is certainly not ideal.
