Arrived to this store when they were unloading a truck with a forklift in the middle of their side street. I patiently waited at a safe distance(the forklift was reversing, and had a pallet onboard), as soon as it was safe to proceed, I was met by a gigantic truck that was trying to exit the parking lot (in the middle of both lanes of course), so I proceeded to wait for him to move, as the way we were positioned, he had the right of way. A budget bolt employee very aggressively knocked on my car window, and proceeded to yell at me to get out of the way before I got hit, and there were cars waiting behind me. I'm sorry, but you directed a large Oak Harbor freight truck to park blocking your exit driveway, and caused a traffic backup with your gross misjudgment and tried to blame someone who was being safe. I didn't feel it was safe to proceed in front of an operating forklift, nor was I about to cut off a massive lifted truck. I was 100% calm the entire time- I in fact operate a forklift as part of my job, and I operate various trucks and vans regularly for my business- I was in no way panicking like you loudly told another employee- right in front of me when you re-entered the store. The entire store was full of very unhappy employees. Since I am not an expert on every single nut and bolt in human history, I asked one question about threads. The response was ... belittling at best, and outright arrogant at worst. I come here to consult the "experts" I thought. Some (not all) of these people seem mad about their meaningless lives working in a glorified hardware store. The whole exchange was unfortunate.

Amazing customer service! Always good knowledgeable people in there that make my projects easier/cost effective.Everyone in there has a extreme vast knowledge of it all types of projects and off the wall type situations that they are definitely an asset whenever you're trying to find something for a random project. I always go to Jason in there He's been there for an extremely long and is super fast at understanding what you're going to need and let you know if they have it and if they don't have it he also let you know where to get it. This company has been around for many years and one thing is for sure they have the best customer service.

I needed a spring a 14" special spring wasn't sure if Budget Bolt stocked them but I never looked for one before. They have just about everything else. As I entered Instead of looking I just asked Bobby one of their most senior employees at the front counter. There was a wall of springs right up front. I would of missed them. They didn't have a perfect match for the one I needed but Bobby opened up his catalog and found one if they don't have it which is highly unlikely they'll find one and order it. All the employees are friendly and helpful. Ask them!! they'll tell you exactly the isle and row where your part is in this highly organized store. Stop on by Budget Bolt you'll be amazed

I found everything that I could find for old shed that was gave to me help me with the new bolts washers nuts did we put everything back together the old ones were no good so I had to replace everything thanks to them took the old parts in and gave me new ones for a good price

Great store and location for all your bolt needs. The store is highly organized and has plenty of workers around to help you find what you’re looking for. This includes enough workers in the front for a fast check out. Prices were very fair. I only recommended stocking a larger variety of J-Bolt sizes as these are generally hard to find anywhere it seems. Overall though, a great experience.

Are you kidding! Where can you go and walk up and down the isles and pick your nuts and bolts? Budget bolt, love this place. I make it a must stop on my way through town.

I love this place. I get multiple parts for different projects I'm involved with all the time. Unfortunately they're not open on the weekends anymore. That's the only bummer.
