We just had the worst experience here at the Ming Ave Home Depot. Followed around by FIVE security. We have spent over $30,000 in the last month here. And we are the ones to harass?! I am beyond disgusted. I asked to speak with the Manager Sonja, she said she'd be right here. I waited way too long, never saw her and left. This is beyond misconduct. I'm writing corporate. I feel so disrespected. Customer service here is non-existent.

Home Depot is funny. It is a DIY store. However, I long time ago, you were encouraged to ask the experts in whatever section you were in. I don't think they are experts at anything but stocking the store. In fact, I usually ask the women clerks for help. They don't know how to do stuff, but they are more likely to find things than the men.

Home Depot on Gosford is worth the extra few miles. This store has friendly helpful employees. I needed one can of Rust-oleum spray paint a special color (rustic orange) to finish my Xmas gift for my grandson, 2 other HD stores couldn't help me. The paint department is the best of all the depots in town. Thanks to Ian he was in the holiday mood. Their inventory is never out of stock in any color you may need. While I was there I was Impressed with how clean and well stocked the store was. The holiday section was almost completely sold out, except for one lonely 8' decorated tree standing tall and bright. The season is almost over this tree won't last it will find a lucky family. I made it over to the lumber section all the wood was squared up and fully stocked up high, it looked great. Garden, appliance, hardware departments were Just as impressive. I needed assistance at the checkout because I was buying spray paint. My associate was prompt and fun I assured her I wasn't a tagger her name was covered on her apron I highly recommend this Home Depot on Gosford Leonard Welte

every time I go to this store I tell myself never again, terrible service, everyone has an attitude, lady at garden center this morning was so rude, filing her nails, stopping checking me out to give her buddy some free gloves. the women at this store are so rude... everything in Espanol, music, communicating with customers, like being in mexico.... no thanks.

After having a very bad experience while waiting in line to pay for my items I left that line and went to returns and was able to quickly check-out and leave. Especially for how busy they were. Cashier Beverly at the return registers was very nice. It was refreshing after the experience at the other registers. THANKS BEVERLY

If you know what you need very easy shopping if you're not sure what you need sometime it's hard to find somebody nearby to help you shopping carts were hard to find pretty easy to find Lumber carts I'm records products slide off of them too easy if you need more than a 5 gallon bucket or basket of items good luck finding a shopping cart because they're all used up staff uses them for returns and stocking shelf items your best chance is to find the one out in the parking lot where people abandon them and can't seem to return them to their proper location probably too much of a hassle for some people until they need one and ask where is all the carts probably right where you left yours the last time you were here come on people take two extra minutes and push your stopping cart back to the store or shopping cart return area some older people need a cart to to help them from a crazy dangerous parking lot up to the store entrance might need to lean on a cart while traffic gets out of the way probably won't understand till they get old so Home Depot quit using all the shopping carts up for your inventory and returns please customers need those : )
