They blocked my payments that are to the same company same amount every month which was car insurance T-Mobile and Kohl's. Then my credit went down 61 points in one month because of them and because there a didn't let my car ins. go through I've gotten an accident and had no insurance and then they canceled my insurance and won't let me reinstate it. I've asked them several times how I can deal with this or what I need to do to stop it the fraud alerts because they shut my account off every time they said there's nothing that can be done it's automatic. How are my bills that are tge same every month con s idered fraud. I think a class action lawsuit needs to take place. I'm sure I'm nit the only one. And c this is the tip of the uceburg.

did not have a good experience working with Kyle for our solar loan.seemed intentionally difficult.got a different loan, shopped around and got something that worked better and got approved in 10 minutes.wouldn't recommend for solar loan underwriting.

I got an email notification of approval for $5,000. I got the money in my account in less than an hour. APR was actually lower than what was in the email. Quickest loan I ever got: APR close to 10%.

Valley Strong (even though I still think of it as Kern Schools- sorry guys, the new name is d**** has really taken a downward turn when it comes to Customer Service. Has it gotten "too big for its britches"? Yes, I think so. This bank has no respect or consideration for customers' time. I have had many more negative experiences than positive with Valley Strong over the last few years. They have initiated this ridiculous "simplified" transaction listing that often lists vendors incorrectly when you make a purchase with your debit card. When I sent a secure message to advise them of the situation, I was told I had to log in and go through a process to let them know. Doesn't it seem like that's what my message should have done? This is Valley Strong's job to fix, not mine. Getting someone on the phone is not a simple task, and their secure messaging system is truly a joke. I'm very clear when asking a question, yet the responses I receive prove the message is not read with any attention to detail. Recently, I walked in to a branch and was handed money out of an account that had just been flagged for fraudulent transactions- without the teller even asking for my ID. The account was pulled up with a card that I told the teller was blocked, and was trying to just turn in and have them destroy. Instead, the teller used it to pull up the account, handed me the blocked card back, along with the requested cash, and sent me on my way. Upon leaving the branch, I was troubled at the apparent lack of account security. I couldn't get anybody on the phone, and when I sent a secure message explaining I had a branch issue, the supervisor who called me the next day was a contact center supervisor- and she only told me this after I had explained my whole situation and she said she couldn't help me and had to transfer me. After finally getting a call back from the branch, I was told my ID was stored and that's why I wasn't asked for it. I never authorized my ID to be stored. These kinds of issues, along with other minor annoyances, are enough to have me looking at other options. I'm very disappointed in the performance of what used to be a great Credit Union.

The staff in Customer Services and the Loan Department are simply AMAZING! They helped with purchasing, financing and paying for a car for my mom out of state. I applied for a car loan over the phone. The loan was approved very fast. As I was on a time line to purchase a commercial vehicle after being in a car accident which totalled out my van. The Loan processor name was Daisy. She emailed me my pre approval letter. The vehicle I purchased was out of town. The dealer contacted the bank while the paperwork was being processed. My loan process at the bank called me while my wife and I was at the dealership to make sure everything was going smooth. That was quite impressive. My interest rate was even lower than my original quote. I highly recommend Valley Strong for all your financial needs. To make it even better I was given the option of no payments for 90 days. I have purchased several new cars in my life. This was the best service I have ever received! Thank you Daisy and the Valley Strong team for doing a excellent job!
