The staff is so slow, got a bad system in checking in patients no receptionist. Waited for 2 hours then came back after 2pm spoke with the tech and blaming it to being understaffed. After I got the text the first time this morning I came in and took me 30 mins to talk to someone and just told me to check in again ridiculous. I've witnessed others who were waiting ended up leaving. I wish this company can get someone here quickly to fix this office l. Very bad service my 2nd time coming in this afternoon there's only 3 patients ahead of us but still waited an hour.

The only place that consistently draws my labs with very little to no pain. I have terrible thin veins that roll and some phlebotomists really struggle to take my blood. Fast and highly skilled staff at this location, also very friendly. I’m glad I found Labcorp.

Would have been real nice oif their website informed people that drug screens aren't done on Saturday instead of wasting my time.

I hate having my blood taken, as it is a very unnerving experience for me just walking through the door! I went in about 2ish and its true that there rarely is some one sitting at the desk because they are trying to get everyone in and out as quickly as they can. I wish I had gotten the guy's name that took my blood cuz that is the guy I want to always see! He was so good, didn't even feel the needle going in. I usually make them use a butterfly because the damage I get while they are changing vials is the worst part. He didn't use the butterfly but he made sure each exchange was smooth. You could tell that he knew there was an actual human being instead of how rough some are with people. Anyway thanks goes to the guy who worked yesterday afternoon around 2 pm, you were awesome and bosses he needs a raise!!

Aside from there being no Labcorp sign posted on the building all went well. Post a sign for people to know your location.

Quality & Customer service1. The quality and customer service go hand in hand on this review. I was quickly helped and advised on how to proceed. Elaine and Nicole were incredibly kind, helpful, and swift. I have done many drug tests in the military and for work and this was probably the best experience I've ever had!

This Lab is convenient to my Specialist' office (right across the street). I can go to do lab work just before my appointment & I know that I will be in & out on time! They are very professional & clean!

Worst place ever, minus one hundred stars. I waited a long time at the reception desk and nobody ever came so I left. I found out that there is a computer in the corner where you cannot be seen unless you input your information.They are so cheap that now they have no receptionist. Many people were sitting around waiting and waiting just for a simple blood test. The service is so bad that they should be shut down. I never saw one worker's face from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. They do not care if they waist your time as they are getting paid big bucks milking your insurance company.

I was seen on 2 different instances the staff has all star line up from the front desk to the back room. If you have labs needed for work, school, etc. I recommend you get them done here.

I was hesitant to visit due to the high number of bad reviews. However, I had a good experience. I recommend making an appointment (which is easy to do on their website) because the place was crowded. I made an appointment to be seen at 8:30. I checked in online at 8:10 and received a text 4 minutes later stating they were ready to see me. I had to sit a few minutes in the waiting area, but I was back in my car by 8:34. Staff was nice and I received my results the very next morning.
