I took my daughter's car in for an oil change and wasn't expecting it to be that quick service is great and friendly customer service they exceptional 👌 work their so if you need mechanical work done this is a great place I recommend it 💯.

Worst car shop in Bakersfield, was promised a $600 fix on my car, but came alone this time and was charged an extra $300 for the same fix by a different employee, no extra fixes in the timeline of this exchange. Not only that, MY INTERIOR HAS NEW SCRATCHES AND MY GLOVEBOX HAS BEEN REMOVED. How can you call yourself an auto repair shop and do extra damage?

Don’t get your car fixed here if you want to get scammed. I left my car to get it fixed and came back with scratches from the outside and inside. Not only that but they can’t set there mind on a certain price. This place is really unprofessional

SCAM !!! SCAM !!! SCAM !!! Please do not bring your car here you will regret it!!!! They will milk you for hundreds and hundreds of dollars, keep your car for months and your car will be worse than what it was before you brought it to them!!!! I should have checked the reviews they have more bad reviews than good! Shame on you to do this to people who spend they hard earn money and last money to get they car fix and allow the car to be available for pickup when it’s NOT FIXED. Enjoy your 2,000$ while my car is still breaking down in the middle of the road !!!! 😡🤬

Sad to say I was recommended to this place and I was so disappointed. They broke a part that wasn't suppose to be part of the oil change and they broke it. I still had to pay, they should take responsibility when they work on you're vehicle ?

They are thieves, they don't do their job well, I went to have the a/c fixed the first time it was 300, the next week I took it because it didn't fit well and it was another 200, now I'm going to take it again because it still doesn't work
A/C and now it was something else and they are going to charge me 2,100 that they had to do another job and the person there said that they could not give him credit for anything after 500 that I had already paid him and I was left without a/c and without my 500, so that place was recommended to me but I don't recommend it

Honesty. 5 stars for honesty. We have all our vehicles serviced here. A local dealership told us we needed new brakes. That it was too dangerous to be on the road. They wanted the change our brakes right then. We brought the car here for the brakes and they called us saying they looked good and are no where near needing replaced. Honesty and good customer service. 100% recommend this place. Unfortunately we can't trust very many out there.
