I went to pep boys for a free brake inspection and Raul was my technician who was going to be checking/ working on my brakes. Raul was professional, informative, and honest about what services my brakes were going to need. Brake service was completed and my car’s brakes feel great ! Thank you again Raul for your honesty and integrity! I highly recommend pep boys for all your service needs!!

Pep boys on Rosedale Hwy I know 10minutes before closing, Chino and Jesus are not two minds helped me about my SUV Tahoe, Chino looked at it with Scanner so he knew what was wrong with my SUV. Chino find out my battery bad. excellent work.Recommended this Auto repair. Big Thank you Chino.

Each specialist have performed inspection on all my Vehicles and they are excellent. I go to the Rosedale Pep Boys, I've been going to them for about 4 years now and I have no complaints. I normally see Dillon if he is in that day but trust & believe they're all excellent and I recommend that you go check them out for yourself.

Worst possible service imaginable. Go anywhere for a new tire EXCEPT pep boys. 2+ hours on hold to tell me they don't have my tire after it was supposed to have been ordered last month.

My scheduled appointment was on time and completed in a timely manner. Pricing was competitive for services rendered. The manager was courteous and informative providing a quote for additional needed services. The waiting area was comfortable and equipped with a Keurig coffee maker. I will be returning to Pep Boys for routine maintenance on my vehicle.

I came in to get a simple tire repair got told it was going to be 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour wait. When coming back saw a working just sitting in my car. Waited another 30 mins and still nothing. Waiting an hour then got told they didn’t have my tire and they have to pick it up at another location. 3 hours later and I still don’t have my car. I get it the car is a rental but I still have things I have to do instead of waiting for one tire replacement

My mom went to this pep boys to get her oil changed only to find out that they didn't touch it cause the oil plug was stuck and would damage the oil pan if done. Well it wouldn't have been so bad if they weren't keeping us there waiting for 2&1/2 hours and charged her the full price oil change when all they did was put oil in the engine and send us on our way saying we'll have the part for you right away but keep playing slow when the insurance already cleared it on the phone when called to let them know we were told that the insurance is giving them a hard time but it seems to me that the management is in need of an internal investigation cause another man complained of similar things but was basically buttered up so he would calm down I will not recommend this location to anyone and hope that other pep boys are not as bad with time and item management

Dylan at Pep Boys went out of his way to help my daughter and I get a replacement tire for her car. He checked out tires when we noticed some wobbly driving - found a huge safety problem and immediately went to work to find her tires at another store open on Sunday - he was so courteous and kind and helpful! Thank you Dylan

Pep Boys has your back!! My tire blew out on a Sunday at 3pm, and Dylan did not play. Not to mention they detected an error that the sensors failed to alarm on the dash. Staff is skilled and knows BMW maintenance. Thanks guys!!

My wife's car was squealing when you pressed on the brakes. She took it to this Pep Boys and they said that they changed the brake pads. It was still squeaking so we brought it back. They kept for a day, gave it back, said they found nothing wrong with it. So I took it to Big Brand Tire who showed us that are brake pads were metal to metal, the pads on them were still the factory ones meaning they were never changed, and they also said the control arms were shredded. Pep Boys did nothing and still charged us.
