The most luxurious apartment I found in Bakersfield. This same exact unit was $5400 in LA, so I don't miss LA at all anymore. Plus the managers at all the properties from Mike to Nancy to Selena to Bree to Katie are no different than family with all of us, just wonderful. -Shades

This is honestly the best managed apartment I have ever lived in! I whole heartedly recommend this place to anyone wishing to make downtown Bakersfield their home! You will not be disappointed! Special thanks to Bree (the manager here) in making this place awesome!
