We have bought appliances from Urner's for many years now. In the current case as in the past, staff was quite helpful and well informed, we didn't feel pressured or "steered" towards a particular product. Importantly, the price was less than at "big box"/warehouse stores or supposed discounters. Very Satisfied once again.

Hi I walked in the door to find 5 Reps at the front sitting, and standing around. I wasn’t acknowledged by anyone. I had to speak first, I was very perturbed. I spend approx 10 minute browsing before I received any help. I finally was helped by a Representative and I did voice my concerns. I saw something I liked and this is the only reason i purchased from this store. This was very unprofessional, and proves the term, judging a book by its cover. I guess if I had big diamonds and expensive clothes the experience would have been far different. This is sad.

Sam was great! I told him what exactly what I wanted and he found it for me. Even the delivery man were very helpful. I’m very happy with Urner’s. I’ve been buying my appliances there for years, and I can always depend on them for anything I need.

We needed a gas dryer, and decided to go to Urner's because it's a local business. We were happy with our choice because the salesman was very helpful. They had many dryers in stock, so we were able to make our purchase, and not wait weeks for our delivery.

I needed a refrigerator and was able to get a good one at a decent price. I came in on a Saturday in which MARI helped me. I had it delivered on Monday. Why did Mari call to say I wasn't correctly charged for the delivery and that she needed additional money before they can deliver my appliance?? Awww....the appliance was already delivered!! She must have called the wrong customer, if so she didn't call back to apologize for the "mixup."

Purchased Maytag gas dryer today for 95 yr old Dad and 64 yr old disabled brother. Mari and staff did everything to help us purchase and have it delivered the next day. We are so grateful.

Buying local is not a good idea when it comes to doing business with Urners. They have poor business ethics and good customer service after the sale, does not exist! If you decide to go to Urners, I recommend only going there to decide on which appliance you like, then buy it elsewhere or perhaps get the model number and shop on the internet for a better price. If you buy from Urners, hope and pray that there is no problems with your purchase because they do not like to honor warranties, give refund or address and legitimate issues.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The initial purchase was ok with exception of the women accepting payment who had poor manners. We have had nothing but problems since the delivery of our refrigerator. The refrigerator arrived damaged and Urners refuses to accept any responsibility despite the undeniable fact that it arrived damaged and we spent an additional $500 for an extended warranty. I will be filing a small claims complaint to get Urners to replace the refrigerator or give a refund as they should have from the start. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM URNERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was an easy buy. Kevin R was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding us a new stove that wouldn’t take a very long time to receive! Prices are fair to everywhere else, so save yourself time and go to the ones that specialize in their work and go to a store that specializes in finding what you need!

Kevin was very helpful while purchasing a new refrigerator. I enjoyed the fact that he gave us some models and options within our price range. I also enjoyed that he left us for a bit to look and contemplate the difference options.I recommend the customer service here, will update on the delivery and so on.

What can I say about Max Sales Associate. He was easy going and fun. He wasn’t pushy or anything like that. Sold me on a 11k fridge and made sure I was all taken care of. Installation warranty etc. I will always buy my appliances from Max Santiago and you guys should only ask for him he will take care of you. He made sure we all had drinks and made us feel like we were he’s friend and family.
