this places has ruined and messed up on my taxes two years in a row. After the first time around, I said I wouldn't come back but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Only to be let down again. They NEVER check your emails so don't think about emailing them anything important. They show up late to open up their own store. So unorganized and unprofessional. Never coming back here again

Had an appointment at 10 for fingerprints. Workers didn't show up til 10 minutes later and thereafter took a gentlemen in first and began speaking about personal life while I'm still waiting and haven't got acknowledged. Didn't get seen til 25 minutes after.

I went in to get a letter notarized. They typed up letter and notarized it within 15 minutes. Small local business. Seems like a family run business. Very kind and down to earth. No complaints. Good service! Would recommend for your notarized needs.

Ana and Debbie are awesome! They have done my taxes for 2 years in a row. They also gave me lots of insight about what I needed to do differently to have better tax years as I have a rental property so taxes are a bit more complex. Try them out

I once again recommend this location for taxes. They also provide other services such as fingerprints and notary. Some of these low ratings comments are ridiculous, like for example that Lani T person who complained about the machine breaking down! Really? I bet she's never had a machine break down on her...and then I saw all her yelp reviews! gosh this person is just unhappy with life. Anyhow, try this place out, there is a reason why they are busy every year during tax season. Don't be discouraged by these ridiculous 1 star yelpers and their unrealistic expectations.

First all, i called the number listed on yelp. The answering machine says can't leave a message because it was full. So, i started message the company on yelp. I got a response within the hour. At first it was going well. I messaged the lady that i made an appoint on a Saturday, I get a message from the lady after 30 minutes later (while i was almost there) saying their live scan machine broke and it will not be fixed for another 2 weeks. Sorry but i don't think i will even think of going to this place at all or recommend it to anyone.

Place is great for taxes, and notaries. They also do Live Scan fingerprints. Call ahead for appointment because they do get busy. Prices are very reasonable. Good customer service and very friendly. The ladies here have many years of experience doing taxes and are not shady in any way. Hablan español.
