Car was never the same. Customer service was decent. I brought my car here and for what reason I will never know. I should have taken it to Caliber collision or somewhere more capable. First off it took them well over 45 days. Second my car was nowhere near how it was originally. The door was left of center and there was a huge gap on the hood and the ride was super rough after. Quality control did not exist here. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

Beautiful work on my car. Whole driver side was side swiped as a result of a hit and run. My car looks as if nothing happened. I also need my car for work and expressed it to the manager Frank and he was kind enough to assure me I would get my car in a timely manner informing me every step of the way. I would recommend them. Took my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder (my baby girl) to GDL after the whole driver side was side swiped (hit and run) and a referral from a friend. Spoke with Frank, the manager there, and he always kept me informed on the status of my car. When I picked up my car, I was very pleased at the body work and especially the paint job since my paint is white with pearl and it came out beautifully. I never had a problem with my insurance and felt that everything from beginning to end was in a timely manner and very professional.

One word: SCAMMERS! These are probably fake reviews that they hired people to write! Read the bottom reviews those are the real ones and exactly what I experienced! The worst worst body shop I have ever been too! The owners are sneaky and full of S!!

I bought a used 2010 BMW back in September 2022 (it's now January 2023), and I knew when I bought the car that it had paint flaws and minor things that needed to be taken care of. When I finally made up my mind (with my wife's encouragement) to get them fixed I took it to GDL Autobody on recommendation from a good friend. After we agreed on a price, they took my car in right away! I got my car back before the promised time and it looked better than new! They welded and repaired a dent/crack in the aluminum front fender and fixed a few areas that had clear coat problems that I can only assume came from a prior, substandard repair... they were fast, reasonably priced, and they did a great job! If I get into another mishap (fingers crossed that I don't) I will definitely be back

I'm writing this on behalf of my mom who sadly used this body shop---I regret using this body shop last year. It has led to my car having even more problems, following the poor "repair" conducted by these clowns. They're sneaky, they sent me an estimate for the repairs on my vehicle and sent a DIFFERENT estimate to my insurance company. The first time I brought my car to them, the paint job on my car was a joke, water would get into my back headlights, and the lights in my car never turn off, to date, this wasn't even an issue I had following the collision, the car wasn't completely painted, left scratches so I brought it back. When I picked it up yet again it started making noises so I took it to the dealership and they said that the car was far from repaired, they estimated it would cost an additional $5k to repair the damages done by the body shop. I had to pay for this out of pocket. The second time I brought it back to this joke of a body shop they gave me a rental car saying that I could keep it until my car is ready, after 2 weeks they decided they would no longer pay for it even though my car wasn't ready yet. They used extremely used doors and tires, and installed the wrong screws for the suspension, and left my car with a broken piece in the suspension. The dealership diagnosed this and said if I would've gotten on the freeway, or drove it for 2 more days, i could've had a fatal accident. In total I brought in a car that turned out with even more damages. I do not recommend this circus of unprofessionals, take your money somewhere else!

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I don't recommend this body shop they do not do quality work at all my car was crashed on the driver's side passenger door, when I got it back door wasn't even on right was making a clicking noise every time I'd open the door and there lair's!!

GDL has the best customer service in town. I have got my complete car painted and the work done was perfect. The office crew took care of all my questions and help me track the progress of my car repair . I was keept informed by phone or email on the daily about the progress of my auto repair. This body shop is reliable and trustworthy of any insurance claims and body work needed in your car. I would definitely recommend them.

This place is a scam do not bother doing business with them. The owner Frank is a dishonest person who runs unethical practices. If I could give no stars I would. I'm reporting them to the bureau of auto repair in hopes that others don't get scammed the way I did. They're associated with the towing company Royal coaches which is also in on their scams. Just be aware and not trust what they tell you.
