I was a guest at a wedding & this place needs so much upgrading and lacks cleanliness, the restrooms both men and women were disgusting the restrooms smelled of urine & feces & had trash & tissue everywhere on the floor, my man said it was the same in the mens restroom with a whole roll of tissue sitting in the urinal. The handicap restroom stall handle is way on the opposite end of the restroom which is not up to code and it makes me so angry to think a disabled person cant even use the restroom safely. The ceiling drapery was full of stains and just made the entire look of the place look disgusting and cheap. You look up and see stains and wall cracks thats horrible. The place was very disgusting and not kept up at all. The sconces and chandeliers need to be replaced with new ones they barely turned on and They were missing pieces and lighting and on the other side they used white Christmas lights on the ceiling drapery it just looks so cheap and tacky and the whole vibe of this venue is worn and unkept. The floor squeaks as guest and the wedding party walks down the aisle. Exposed speakers and wires everywhere and the changing room where bride is supposed to get dressed was full of stained used napkins upon arriving and dusty worn run down furniture and broken door handles, literally everywhere you looked there were stains and chipped paint and dusty faux florals and furniture. Its so sad they are still even charging people to have weddings and events here the owner needs to be ashamed of herself for the lack of cleanliness or concern for keeping this venue up to code. I believe all pictures taken on the site and google are all very old photos this place looks terrible, tacky, dirty, & cheap in person. My advice to the owner is stop being so lazy and cheap and fix this place and up and do the upkeep that is needed this place looks and smells stinky.

A great choice for weddings and events! Easy parking and a spacious, open layout make this venue very accommodating. The nice restrooms are an added bonus.

I really appreciate Claudia’s attentiveness to detail, but on the day of, many things didn’t go as imagined. My biggest complaint is that we were not allowed to set up our own things (party favors, snacks, champagne flutes, table reservation signs, etc) until 4pm the day of. A lot of our guests showed up immediately after the ceremony which didn’t give us time to set up. A lot of things were not given out during the party due to lack of time. It would have been better to have been given at least since the morning to bring our things for set up if we couldn’t the day before.
Also, When booking our event, we were given options to add to our package. We chose “dancing in the clouds” for our first dance. This was not done during our first dance, and it was a bit disappointing.
Overall, we did have a wonderful time full of memories. The DJ did a great job following the event schedule, but he did mess up our last names in front of our whole family. The food was good, and the cake was delicious. The bar service was amazing! I give this place a 4/5 stars because overall it was a great experience.
I just hope that perhaps they can take our review into mind for others who put a lot of thought into party favors and making the experience enjoyable for guests. I think they should be given the time to set up with plenty of time, or at least drop off items a day before. And I hope in the future the staff can place close attention to the last names of the bride and groom when introducing them.

We had our daughter Quince here and Claudia and her husband made everything so easy. Everything came out perfect thanks to them. If you’re thinking of having your event definitely book now. We work in the industry Drazo Entertainment and some venues can make event difficult not here. Our events success was thanks to Claudia and her amazing staff.

This review is to compliment the overall satisfaction of Elegant Affair. The location was perfect, the staff was on point and the food was excellent.
I had to find a venue quickly for a Celebration of Life Reception and because it was in a matter of days I needed a venue, Claudia Felix quickly responded to my needs. She was very polite, and professional.
There was a variety of meals I could choose from and we went with a Taco Man Buffet. Our guests complimented the food and we were very pleased with the service, Thank You Ishmael.
The Venue was beautiful and our guests complimented the decor. The cost was reasonable for the amount of guests. Thank you again and if I ever need a venue again I will definitely turn to Elegant Affair.
