As far as State Farm I love the insurance company and have been with State Farm since 2018. But, the office staff at this location is another thing! Takes forever to answer the phone, never returns calls, they mess up the policies when vehicles are changed, Amy is NEVER in the office, Aurora, she has NO clue what she is doing! My suggestion, go somewhere else, I did!
