IE swamp cooler hoses and ducts, too all the new stuff. thank you very much for your out standing effort. Very professional . i really appreciate you guys work ethics. I have used Total Comfort Solutions in Barstow for installation, maintenance and service on my home air conditioner and heater. They have always done excellent work in a timely manner. Chris was my technician and I found him and the office staff to be very professional and responsive to my air conditioner issue. As a senior with senior animals not having my air working was very uncomfortable. Cristobol arrived punctually, was very professional, and did a swift and effective job. Had to swap out the motor on my old unit. Did a thorough diagnostic and let me know what I need to plan for.I did not catch the trainee's name, but he was also professional, my dog even liked him so he gets extra points for that too.

My mother's new AC unit wasn't working properly and was blowing hot air. Scheduling was very easy and they were able to schedule an appointment right away. The tech was very friendly and efficient and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He was also able to fix it right away and didn't break our wallet. Should be your go to if you need help for Heating/Cooling in the High Desert. Thank you for taking care of my mom for me. Really appreciate it.

I've used this company twice now and they have been great both times. They have been completely professional and friendly. The a/c in our house stopped blowing cold and they were able to come out same day. The tech had it fixed and was done in less than half an hour. I would definitely recommend Total Comfort Solutions.

I had an emergency repair on my home A/C. It was the weekend and they were the only business available. John was at my home in 1.5 hours. It was not an simple repair but was able to fix everything on the spot. He was a pleasure to have in my home. Absolutely satisfied.

The initial salesman was very knowledgeble and personable. The installers were incredibly unintrusive. Three men spent two days in my home with very little disruption. They were respectful of my property, space and privacy. And left my home clean AND MUCH COOLER. I was quoted $125 for maintenance on my swamp and when they came out they said it would be $635 to check it out because it was built halfway in the garage and halway outside. I cancelled because nothing was wrong with unit just wanted a yearly maintenance check. They still charged me $85 for the visit they could not perform for the quoted price.
