BEWARE, company they used to be great to deal with. They now have contracted with New Management.. I notified to cancel with 30-day notice by phone and they asured me they would not my account. My unit was emptied cleaned out remove my locks. they don't provide legal legal form for cancelations so I sent email as my own proof. They continued to debit my account next month. They do not answer phone calls now. I went to see the owner and he refused to talk to me, I left my phone number and explain to my situation.
SUGGESTION: notify your bank for debit and stop payment with them

Terrible customer service! We waited for 45 minutes for a call back last Saturday while sitting at the storage place. They never called back.
I rented a shed yesterday online. They said we could use it immediately, today my husband has now been there waiting for over an hour to unload the vehicle, three calls to the place, talked to two different people and still nothing has been done. ?

Rented a space to park a travel trailer. Moved in March 10 2022. Was charged a deposit and prorated for the rest of the month. Moved out March 29 2022. April 1 I was charged another month. Called several times getting a different person each time to get refunded the overcharge and my deposit back. Finally received a refund on April 29 2022. I suppose that was for deposit not sure. More phone calls to reach owner with no luck. Then I was informed there or a 30 day notice which I wasn’t aware of when I signed up online and it wasn’t stated online. I tried to sign up with their answering service originally and told that person I would be out by the end of the month but they couldn’t help me and told me to sign up online. This place is not to be trusted. Take your business elsewhere.

I gave Bass Lake Mini Storage the required 30 days notice before move out, called and let them know I have moved all my belongings out of the unit and called again to verify after I was charged for an additional month. Now they are refusing to acknowledge that I took the proper steps to move out of my unit and are trying to charge me late fees, sent me a lockout notice, and and auction notice… I have had all my belongings out of this unit for a month now and continue to not be able to get ahold of the owner. I would advise looking at different storage facilities.

Worst service. My 65 year old mom is disabled and has to shovel her way out. She was unable to get next to her drive up storage unit and wasn't able to get everything out. She went up one week later and they are trying to charge her extra. So neglectful. Go to Oakhurst anywhere else.

it took them 2 days to book the storage unit and then they said it would be 72 hours to get somebody out to take off the lock so we could even get into the unit. and we were only up in bass lake for a week!!! the whole situation has been horrible
