The Verizon Victra store in Los Osos CA is usually a busy place with wait time guaranteed. Luckily on our visit we were the sole customers and we received the full attention of “Chris” when we stopped by without an Appointment. My iPhone 14 had been stolen and tossed onto a highway on-ramp. Using iCloud find my phone we were able to retrieve it, severely damaged by being run over. Chris immediately verified the lower portion of the screen was functioning and so retrieval of my entire content would be possible. He deduced that by paying off the balance of the old phone and trading it in I would lower my monthly bill PLUS get a new iPad. While we walked the dog he got the new phone ready for us. He totally turned our frowns upside down.

NEVER BUY SCREEN PROTECTORS FROM VERIZON!!!!!! Twice, two different stores … warranty is a scam. So ticked off. Just get them from Amazon have some kind of protection for a fraction of the cost
