I had an appointment to open an account today with Gilberto Carrillo and he was so knowledgeable and helpful, I had to download the chase app but my phone was about to die on me and he went out of his way to get a charger for me and he also helped my mom add her card to her mobile wallet, greatly appreciated all his help.

Open the ATM doors after hours.If you're going to be a useless bank during the day, at least don't make it difficult to access your ATMsYou're making it easier to think of switching banks for a lot of people.

FYI DOOR DOESNT OPEN AFTER HOURS TO ACCESS THE ATMS..I only use this location for the ATM..however this past week Thurs. Before mother's day...I went after hours to use the ATM ..but the card reader or the door doesn't unlock at all... HOPEFULLY THEY FIX THIS SOON. But this was the second time in a month I've gone and the door won't open.

The ATMs are ALWAYS closed at night time, and it's such an inconvenience having to drive to the next city over just to conduct a simple transaction. Waste of time ALWAYS. Why even have a chase if it's not going to work for its customers? So backwards. Pinchis rascuachos!!!

This place is nice and basic for a bank. It's very difficult to find a representative insight to help you. There are ATM machines available, however. It's very simple and easy to walk into this place and use it. It is always best to make appointments for the Chase Banks however.

They are no longer helpful at the branch. They only have 2 people that can help with major issues like trying to reconfigure and account after it was comprised. They'll try to send you to another branch or ask you to wait a week for an appointment. And if they make time to help you, they'll make a savings account the primary account on your main debit card and make you waste more time to call and then get that fixed.

Wow talk about poor customer service. The line for a teller is about a mile long, there are several employees just sitting around, instead of opening up more windows. It's like they get a kick out of seeing people wait. Not cool, or professional. Will be calling corporate to report this. This puts a stain on a great bank like Chase.

bad service i waiting for one hour later gerald coming and tell me him can't help bd service on this chase don't waist your time with chase especially with this location
