I went there to do my taxes. I called and set up an appointment at 8:00am, that's the time they open. Upon arrival, I noticed there was a group of 4 people waiting outside the establishment, it was around 7:50am. She let's everyone in at 7:55am and asks everyone to sign in on a notepad. Just when I'm about to sign in this lady yells at me that she got there before me, therefore she should sign in first. I'm thinking, no problem, I have my appointment at 8:00am anyway. As I'm signing in I hear Sylvia helping that rude lady in her office! Sylvia did not bother to ask if anyone had an appointment.From what I could hear from their chit-chatting, that rude lady did not have an appointment. After an hour of waiting, I'm finally helped and I did not receive an apology at all. Sheesh!I ended up leaving around 9:30am because I had to wait for "my turn". It was a gorgeous, beautiful, morning and I just wanted to do my taxes and leave. I'll look somewhere else to do my taxes next year.If you don't make an appointment, it's ok. Just arrive early and they will help you and they'll ignore the people who did things right by making an appointment.

We have been going with Silvia even before my kids were born and now my oldest one is 30yrs old and we still go with her to do our taxes. She really is an amazing woman. Now my kids, uncles, mother in law go with her. If it is within her reach, she will definitely help you.Thank you Silvia.

Small family run business that provides EXCELLENT service. They are knowledgeable about so many different areas like businesses, education tax credits, multiple retirement funds, unemployment benefits and how to claim them! I have been a returning customer for 4+ years and highly recommend this team to anyone! I drive from Orange County to do my taxes with Javier and never have been stressed nor worried about tax season because berumen tax has it under control! I highly recommend making an appointment!

Best Tax Service you can go to! Have been going to Mary and Javi, her son for years. I now drive all the way from Riverside because I trust them like no other tax service. I have never had any problems with my refund and feel like they always make sure to get the me highest refund! Definitely recommend!!

But really great service never had an issue always get a good amount nd always fast delivery nd I found dat sum times Ive had to wait a bit it's totally worth it thanks Mrs. S...
