It's always the same, no one around to help you find stuff. Pharmacy is either closed or person is on break someplace..Cashiers are polite. Prices are high.

I have not had a bad experience with the pharmacy yet. Less hassle at this Walgreens and the service is always friendly. They update me on a regular basis about my regular prescriptions and even called to see how I was doing on one prescription since it was new to me. For an obviously busy store, the customer service is excellent. I switched from CVS which gave me anxiety every time I went there. I am so glad I did! Keep up the good work!

DO NOT HAVE FED EX PACKAGES SHIPPED HERE! I had my shipment from Nike shipped here for me to pick up. I arrived on Saturday morning at 9am after getting an email notifying me that my package was there the day before. Upon arrival, a guy greeted me and asked for my name - he went to the back and came back saying there was no packages there with my name and asked if I had it shipped in a different name. I thought this was odd and then a girl with pink hair stepped up and said that fed ex drivers always marked packages delivered but don’t always deliver them and said my package would probably arrive sometime that day. I went to my car and proceeded to contact fed ex to help me track my package and fed ex told me that my package had been physically scanned there the previous evening at 610pm and that it had to be there. I went back in and the guy who first helped me asked me what I needed and I told him that my package had been scanned into their location so that it had to be there. He went back to the same room he went to initially and came back out in less than 10 seconds saying that “someone must have placed it in the wrong area and that he found it this time”. My box appeared to have opened and taped closed again so it seems to me like they saw the contents of my package and tried to tell me they didn’t have it. Will never have anything rerouted to a Walgreens location for pick up.

We try to do a walk in they tell us that is not possible. so we set an appointment and we show up 10 mins before it, and they have us wait 40 mins. And when I asked why are we waiting they said they are not ready for us. They are not ready for an appointment that was set 2 weeks before DON'T COME HERE!!! Michelle the pharmacist doesn't really keep her techs in line, it seems to us that everyone is doing there on thing .

Horrible service went in to buy some baby wipes my 5 year old needed to use the restroom we needed assistance for the restroom to be open there was an older lady already waiting a while I went twice to have someone open the restroom spoke with a young lady came off rude no one ever opened the restroom. How hard is it to open a restroom door. I can understand if we have to wait in line to purchase and item but wait a while for a restroom door to be open is beyond ridiculous to me.

Absolutely horrible service and even worse response by their management. Arrogant response with their mistake being done and an "oh well" attitude. Steer clear of this place unless you want the same horrible service, meds that are never in stock, and just an overall bad experience! Definitely can't get rid of these guys fast enough!

Literally stood for 20 mins.. I can tell you all the songs that played over the speakers., nobody to help me take a passport photo. AND when some girl arrived from the back.. the system was down. Drove to Downey and a nice man helped me. Are people okay? Twilight zone...sheesh.

I came to get some passport photos and there was two employees at the front register with no customers to ring up, they were just standing there doing nothing. They saw that I was waiting at the photo counter and they didn't bother to call anyone to help. Until my boyfriend went to them and asked them if there was anyone to assist at the photo counter, THEN they called someone. That's no customer service, I would get if they were busy but they were LITERALLY doing nothing. Then their photo machine didn't work and I appreciate the employee that did try, but I wasted my time for nothing. Last time I come here for anything.

Times are tough, and people are going through difficulties. Life is very different and some people are struggling. That being said, you should expect that your pharmacy should be accurate and professional. You pay for a service. You expect that for the most part, the service should be at least average. This pharmacy has gone downhill in the last year. Please don't send me a text that my script is ready, only to tell me when I've been waiting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes that it actually isn't. Please don't tell me how I should behave in front of other customers, just because you don't care for the fact that I was unhappy and irritated that you didn't have my script ready. Please don't lie to me and tell me that you filled my prescription just to satisfy me, in the 60 seconds it took to pull out of the drive-thru line and park my car to go inside and try to get my prescription. Please don't tell me that your store manager cares about their customers either. Calling the store to tell them that this is not okay was as much a waste of my time as waiting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes for a prescription that they couldn't find. I only called the store manager because the pharmacy tech/clerk was rude and condescending. This is pretty much the last straw. I'm transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Unfortunately, no one at Walgreens will even care.

My go to Walgreens because it's so closed to my home. Usually friendly staff. But Lately maybe because I've needed to go more then usual a girl with pink hair that works there is just the rudest and no customer service skills! Doesn't say hi. When asked about a product doesn't seem to even want to help. A lady even asked right after I asked for help for something and right away responded with "No we don't have any. " Like the lady didn't even finish her sentence and she cut her off. Too lazy to work? Hates her job? I don't know but she needs to go where she's not around people.

I had the worst experience booking an appointment then going through the process at the pharmacy. I arrived 5 minutes early , I went to the counter and asked if I must wait in the long line as I have an appointment at ...They quite bluntly said wait in line. I wait in line . The same lady that knows I'm there for the appointment I checked in for -asked "what can she do for me" after waiting for my turn to speak at the counter when I get through the line. I again state why I am there and that I have a ... appointment. She says ok let me get your paperwork. She returns with a ballet of forms to be filled out . It's now 15 minutes past appointment time. The chairs were all empty /how nice it would have been had she given me the paperwork to fill out instead of standing in the line. The worst part was The woman were talking amongst each other then looking at me and smirking , it was very uncomfortable-while they seemed to do everything in their "power " to make this process so much difficult than it needed to be . Bad display of commitment to wellness and the community . Walk out
