We are grateful to have finally found a nearby mechanic who is personable and knowledgeable. Chris always keeps us informed of estimates, so there's no price gouging. We feel confident in the service Chris provides and trust his workmanship.We plan on returning to Chris for our future auto needs (we have four cars.) Customer service is horrible asked for a screw to be removed from my tire and guy at counter said he can do it next week. Are you serious next week I'll be riding on my rim. Walk past the ship its empty with no one inside. Smh

The car check engine light came on and after trying a few internet tricks, it sadly, wouldn't shut off. I brought it into the shop early the next morning and they immediately ran a computer diagnostic, but got a general code so had to schedule an appointment at a later date for a follow up. They were able to quickly determine what was wrong and also found a couple of other issues that needed attention. The price quoted was the final and the car was delivered back at the time promised. Bonus, you will get a ride home and a return to the shop which is terrific. Everyone who works there is extremely nice and very professional. It's rare to have quality service and staff that are consistently pleasant so definitely recommend this auto repair!
