Yes. This is the mecca of auto parts in the east bay. It's where the actual mechanics shop but they also have time for the freelance or home mechanic. I have always been treated with kindness and respect from these gentle people. 5 stars without reservations

They took over IMC, which was our go-to for parts and made a few changes. The most important one being they will not accept returns after 30 days. So now when a customer re-schedules we have to return the part and re-order it the day before the new scheduled date so we don't lose money if the customer doesn't show for whatever reason. This company doesn't like that. Now when we have returns we make the drivers sign paperwork so we have proof that it was picked up and we get proper credit. Last week the driver told me that his boss doesn't want him to sign paperwork. I said that doesn't work for me because I need proof for proper credit. They make 3 runs a day to Napa. Yesterday we ordered an Alternator after the first run and called hours later wondering where it was. Turns out we are only allowed one run a day now, even though they come to Napa for other shops! They spend too much time at our shop supposedly. No other vendors have this issue. So I called SFF to let them know to expect a lot more orders from us because we won't really be dealing with parts authority much.

They have outstanding customer service but they are not opened to the public only commercial accounts so if your looking for great prices look them up
