I was referred to this shop and I am extremely happy with the results and the turn around time especially during the holiday season. It was a10/10 experience and they also have a rental fleet available. I would definitely recommend this location and will be taking my car here in the future.

Poor services.Do NOT bring your car here. I changed my driver seat door and I found the paint is not done right after pick up the car. And few days after, Screw on the door closure is not tightened at all. And today my door lock system on the driver side is not working at all. My car is open to everybody.DO NOT Bring your car

Five stars are way too few to express the level of service and customer care that Beverly Hills Auto Body provides to anyone unlucky enough to have need of their services. I just picked up my car from a six-week stay in their care and I can't find enough words to praise the professionalism of everyone I encountered and who patiently handled my inquiries throughout the process. This was my second time at BHAB, and I hope it's my last but I wouldn't even consider another option if another person rear-ends me causing $32K in damage. Special praise to Jason and Cira. Clearly there is a customer-focused management approach at this company.

I took my car to Beverly Hills Auto Body after a flying tire hit my car taking out the whole front end and the under carriage of my car. Jason was my estimator and was amazing. He explained the entire process to me, gave me weekly updates and had my car ready and as good as new sooner than I expected it. Although my insurance company paid for the repairs I felt as though I got a good value for the extensive repairs that were required. Should the need arise I would take my car back to Beverly Hills Auto Body and I would definitely recommend them.

I really do not understand why there are so many negative reviews on this page. In fact, I was a bit hesitant to take my leased vehicle here (a Hyundai) because of the lower rating compared to other body shops. But I took a leap of faith, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Kent and Jason both helped me out (Kent as my appraiser and Jason as my repair consultant), and both of their services were second to none. I was always in-and-out the door in fewer than five minutes, and when not at the body shop, both would email and call me with consistent updates, even during the appraisal/parts ordering process. Upon completion of some minor cosmetic work (replacement of a rocker molding), everything looked good as new! And on top of all that, their paint/labor cost is THE SAME as other more budget-friendly shops in the area. And as an added amenity, they offer on-site car rentals, which is a huge plus, and their work comes with a lifetime warranty. Overall, if you are looking for a good body shop, look no further!

5 stars for Keith and the service performed on our Lexus. I've had cars repaired at Harry's, Matrix and Impact and they don't come close to the job these guys did. I eill only ever work with BH Auto Body.

Wow! BH Auto Body did an amazing job fixing my front bumper on my Audi RS5. It was a pleasure working with Kent. He provided me a quote within 1 hour of my vehicle being assessed. He said it was going to take 7-9 business days, but completed the job in less than 5 days. I highly recommend them for any auto repair work. Thanks Kent for making my car looking clean and new again. Also a shout out to Jason for addressing a minor imperfection on my vehicle unrelated to the repair. Great people and quality work!
