I found Karien when I needed my hair color fixed. She fixed my color and did my highlights. She is warm, talented, friendly and has a positive energy about herself. She deserves more than 5 stars. Highly recommended!

It's taken me 12 years and countless deals to write this ... because im too busy writing grumpy reviews for bad businesses !!!! But here's a good one ..... Armen and Chris have sold and traded lots of watches with me over the years and I've always felt I've had amazing service with fair pricing and plenty of laughs along the way , I just bought 3 big pieces from them and I'm so happy with them all . Run don't walk to them and remember folks don't be cheap pay a fair price for a great piece with perfect service .

My first experience with Armen and Beverly Hills Watch Co was a pleasant and smooth one. I messaged them through their Instagram business profile. Armen was fast and professional in his responses. I then read some reviews on here and Google, and thought oh no, did I make a mistake? But next day showed up to my appointment, and things could not have gone smoother. I was very happy with my purchase and my experience overall. Never felt any red flags or uneasy like so many other 1 star reviewers mentioned. I honestly don't know what they are on about. If you are wondering if Armen paid me or anything to write this review, no. I am a cold-turkey customer looking for a particular watch and found it at BHWC. Their price had really good value and I went for it. Very glad I did, the watch is gorgeous. If some of the reviewers are crying about the prices of Rolex in aftermarket/grey market, that is totally not up to BHWC. Can't fault them for selling Rolex watches at actual market prices. It's Rolex's fault in the first place for creating false inflation by controlling inventory so tight. Anyway, I would come back for my next purchase, whenever that may be.

She is a scammer! Used Groupon to advertise for her services but never gave me the promise deal, and asked for cash instead the voucher!!! I just lost my money because of her, and gave me really stressful time dealing Groupon to get my refund which they never will. Shame on you Karien! Never trust someone like this to do your hair!!

Their descriptions of the quality of their watches are extremely misleading and inaccurate, they go back on their word on pricing (despite email proof to the contrary) and will become very argumentative if you question even the slightest thing (which one should do when paying top dollar for watches and other items). Avoid them.

I'm so glad I found Armen as I was looking to purchase my first watch. I was going through the app chrono24 and found out that the store was local and so I made an appointment and was able to check out the watch in person. Armen was very accommodating and let me try on some other watches as well. Super happy with my purchase and I'll be back for my next as well!

I have known this store for years and years and have had many interactions. They are great and the owner Armen is cool and straightforward. They have been around for a long time in the area and I highly recommend them.

I would give 0 stars, if possible. I'll be brief, but please reach out if you have questions. I saved all emails. I reached out for best price on a datejust 41. After some back and forth with Chris, I accepted his offer with a bank wire transaction and placed the order. I asked for wire instructions many times, but they never came. After a few days, Chris told me that someone else was interested, but that I could still have the watch for $200 more than the agreed upon price. When I said I would pass, he said I could have it for original price, but tried to change other agreed upon terms. I continued to ask for wire instructions, but they never came. Instead, they increased price of watch. To top it all off, Chris was a little rude. 0 stars.

I have been in the market for a Audemars 15300/15450/15550 for a very long time, never having any luck as the market has gotten more and more insane. I searched the web one day and to my surprised, I came across a previously enjoyed 15450. I called the BHWC and Armen set me up for an appointment for later on in the week to check out the watch. Upon arrival, Armen greeted me at my car and escorted me personally into his store. Chris, his brother had the watch waiting for me and both Armen and Chris went above and beyond, Audemars sells itself but they both were very welcoming and hospitable. Thank you to BHWC for an amazing timepiece and going above and beyond to make me feel welcome in their establishment, you don't get this type of service in this industry anymore!

Salon 90210 has been cutting my hair for over a decade. The front staff is so welcoming, even to someone who never felt at home in the beauty industry. Helga makes me feel beautiful and I trust that I will always leave feeling confident. Excellent salon!

Crooks. Armen is a complete ass - completely arrogant, and will just try to steamroll you and literally snatch the watch out of your hand and follow up with a "if you're not going to buy it, don't waste my time". There are a flurry of issues I can go over, but the biggest one is that I purchased an IWC from nearly 7 years back - he claimed it was all legit and would come with proper warranty / etc. from a "trade" from an authorized dealer. I haven't had any major issues with the watch, so I never had a reason to use the warranty card.. but this year IWC created a website to register your watch directly with them. This is when it was clear that my warranty card was for a DIFFERENT watch.. serial numbers did not match.. I'm now trying to sort this out with IWC. I also have a feeling that the alligator band on my watch was swapped and fake as it looked like garbage in about 2.5 years. I got a new band direct from IWC after that and it still looks brand new over 4 years since. You can get the same level of discounts from a real authorized dealer like Feldmar - an actual professionally run operation. There's a reason that they are an authorized dealer. I'd even rather spend the extra money going direct to a manufacturer boutique. Don't waste your time, money and energy here. This is a place owned and run by a dishonest and rude piece of garbage.
