I had a really bad experience at this parking facility yesterday. It's overpriced, the elevator doesn't work, and the employees are the rudest. Yesterday I parked there to have a lunch across a street. I parked underground around P3 level. After lunch, when I came back to the parking I realized that the elevator was not working to do down (It did work to go up to a ground level). I'm 7 months pregnant so it was quite frustrating that i had to go all the way to P3 through the parking lot. No stairs either so you just have to circle around every underground level. Other than having to walk far I was also in a rush to get to a meeting so this was wasting my time. Moreover, when I drove my car to the exit and inserted a ticket it wouldn't read it. After I tried every side multiple times I pressed a help button. The parking attendant guy arrived and told me I need to pay $24 which is a daily rate for 2+ hrs. My car was parked there for a little under 2 hours (1:40 mins to be exact). I told him that the elevator did not work which was inconvenient for me so it would be nice if he just let me go without paying especially if the machine can't read the ticket. He gave me a lame excuse why the elevator have not been working for a while and said "everyone is walking to their car, you are no special" (hello, I'm pregnant!). He was talking with a rude attitude, it was disgusting. I ended up paying with my card and he run it as a lost ticket. Wouldn't be surprised if somehow he pockets the money. After I paid I asked for his name because I wanted to complain to the company about his rude attitude and he said he has no name! After that he was ignoring me. Notes to the company who runs this place: don't be charging such high rates when you have rude ass employees and your elevator doesn' work. At least put a sign and don't make people wonder what is going on!
