Came here to purchase a carved bear. Vicky was super helpful and friendly. The store felt very welcoming, like I was walking into someone's house. They had a great selection of decorations and a bunch of items carved out of wood. I'm super happy with my bear (they had a good selection, and different sizes). I'll be coming back. Prices were also great compared to some of the other stores in the area.

Came here to get a few gifts and liked the store. It was like entering a home, nice and cozy inside, chalk full of items. The worker there greeted us as soon as we entered and asked us if we were looking for anything specific. They have everything from canes to curtains; kitchen items and rugs. I really liked the custom screen doors that they had there. Everything was reasonably priced and we left with a couple of items. Will be coming back to see if I can buy some more cool items like a rug or a frame.

The new Owners are as lovely as the former owners. Solid business people who care about their customers. The products are awesome. The prices are fantastic. Spend you money with local family owned!

I don't understand these negative reviews. I've purchased quite a bit of furniture and decor from Cabin Fever and Wick & Tracy are always SO sweet and go out of their way to answer questions and assist. Many of my favorite pieces in our home are from Cabin Fever, so I'm very thankful for this store and the owners! The ONLY downside that I've found is that they are sometimes closed when their sign says they should be open, but I also understand that it's a couple that's trying to manage it all on their own and things come up. I always look forward to stopping in and seeing them and discovering new pieces.

Tracey and Wick are great people. We purchased out little vacation cabin last November and have fully furnished the cabin from this store.They are lovely people and have provided us with the best pricing. Their pricing is so competitive that we didn’t have to look anywhere else. I also had some large items place on reserve till our cabin renovations were completed and they held the items for us without me paying for it till the renovations were completed.One time one of our bathroom hangers broke and Tracy and Wick didn’t hesitate at all to give me a replacement. They carry really unique hard to find cute products. My wife loves this store too.

We walked inside and instead of receiving a welcome, the person at the counter an older man, told us to go some place else, I've never been treated this way before, don't know if he was in a bad mood or he just didn't like us, If he owns the business or works there's he should take some training in how yo treat people.

We just purchased a place in Big Bear and finished the painting and flooring. We've been moving furniture but needed some pictures and things to make it feel like our new cabin. We found this place and loved it and the owners. Thank you both.

We love this store, however, the last time we were up here we went in & were blown away by the mean unfriendly completely unaccommodating clerk! The man was in his 70's so maybe he was just tired but we may never go into one of our favorite shops again! Sad!

Given that the Big Bear area has more people selling woodworking items than any town I've seen before, I was a bit skeptical about wandering over to Todd's shop where he sells items made by both him and his wife. Man, was I glad I did. :) So unique, so cool.......the items all have a flair that I haven't seen anywhere else, and knowing that the two of them made everything makes it all that much cooler. The prices are beyond reasonable, and next time I'm up the hill, I'm definitely going to stop by the shop to see what he has. Way to go, Carter's Cabin Decor! You've got a customer for life!! :)

This was my favorite store for mountain decor in Big Bear Lake. Tracey and Wick, couple that owns it, are just lovely! Cabin Fever has furniture and everything else you need to give your mountain cabin all of those lovely touches!
