Excellent Customer Service. Best price Point. Purchased a new tank at a reasonable price and filled it with the best price per gallon.This is the best company in terms of honesty, transparency and customer service. We went through 3 local companies up in the mountains in the past year and the buck stops with Jack's Butane Service.

Unfortunately I do not get propane form Jack's and they won't talk about appliance repair unless you do. Could have been a selling point to switch. Guess we will never know.

Last year after problems dealing with another local propane company, I had made up my mind to purchase my own propane tank, because if I owned my own tank I could purchase propane from any company with the best cost per gallon. I could not locate a propane tank at a cost I could afford. I contacted several companies & settled on Jack's Butane to service my home.Clay came out explained the facts of renting Jack's Butane's tank & purchasing fuel. Jack's Butane delivered a 300 gallon tank/filled. I am disabled and have to depend on others to keep track of the amount of propane in the tank, to make positive I do not run out of propane, I was very pleased to know that Clay had installed a gauge that he could read on his phone with the level of propane in the tank. I had run out of propane with the previous propane company due to their tank leaking over 200 gallons, when I phoned that company to set up delivery, I was informed that it would be a week before it was delivered & at a cost of $5.50@ gallon+$250 service fee. I said no & borrowed electric heaters to get thru the few last weeks of our winter.I am very pleased with Jack's Butane service, their employees are always very courteous & Clay is a very nice gentleman.Jack's Butane Company is a keeper & would recommend Jack's Butane to anyone looking for a propane service company to service their homes.
