The management team member, Ariana was incredibly polite, helpful, and professional in addressing any questions and concerns I had regarding the property rental. It was a smooth and easy process. I look forward to working with them in the future.

In my opinion their incompetence knows no bounds. They make many claims without ever providing any results. I have no idea why our Board keeps them as our HOA management company. Probably because it’s easier to keep them than to switch I suppose. The above comments are just my opinions about this company.

The below review is my opinion of this business. They talk for hours on end about how they are going to take actions on issues within our community. At the end nothing ever materializes. Whenever we make suggestions at the homeowner's meetings their favorite excuse is..."let us check into the matter". At the next meeting they'll tell us..."we're still looking in the matter". God forbid you contact them via the phone to mention an issue or concern and you call them again after nothing gets done about the issue or concern. Their response when you call back is always "I/we don't recall that conversation". For a management company they really don't have much management skills. Again, this is just my opinion. About a year ago they installed an online message board for our community. Residents have left messages and not once have they ever responded to the residents' questions. Why did they install the message board if you're not going to help residents with their concerns? Getting this company to do anything is like pulling teeth! I'm not sure exactly why the Board has not terminated our relationship with this company. In my opinion it's probably easier to keep them...than replace them.

This business has no communication skills in my opinion. Reached out to an employee named Samantha several times via phone and email. She has not responded. She doesn't even have the common courtesy to respond, let alone to try to resolve any issue brought to her attention. I've now decided not to contact their office for any further issues in our community. It's just wasting my time and energy.

I own a townhome at Boardwalk Townhomes, a property that is managed by Management de Novo. I recently filed a HUD complaint against this organization due to lack of professionalism and unfair treatment by Elizabeth Buenrostro, who works for the property management company. My first concern has to do with the monthly assessment billing. According to the company's written billing policy the management company assesses a late after the 15th of the month. In December I made an electronic payment on the 14th of the month, which was a Saturday. On Dec. 17, I received notice that a late fee was assessed. I called the office and spoke with Ms. Buenrostro on Dec. 18, and she informed me that because the bank was closed, at the time the payment was made, the payment was considered late and the late fee would be assessed. Additionally, Ms. Buenrostro was argumentative, unprofessional, rude, and said things that I felt were discriminatory. This is one of several issues that I am in the process of disputing with this management company. If I had known that the professionals that I pay to manage my property lacked veracity and professionalism I never would have purchased a property in this community. I will be listing soon if my homeowners association does not find better management for this property.
