If only VPM can span out to where ever I move, I would have nothing to worry about when renting. Clean home? Check. Easy user portal to pay and maintenance requests? Check. People who do not lie? Check. Let's just say the new place I moved into that's not VPM managed, does not check the boxes and I'm upset about that. I wish VPM was everywhere I go so that I don't have to worry about anything. Miss you all! Expand to other cities please. ;)

Lauren was tremendous help in finding the most qualified renters for our Mothers house after she passed away. On two occasions we had quality people in the house. Laurens entire staff are always available and very professional. I would not hesitate to utilize her talents again if needed.

I used VPM to lease my rental property in Oceanside, they knocked it out of the ballpark! They are responsive, knowledgeable, and very helpful!I highly recommend using their services if you are in need of either a management company or finding a tenant.

Lauren, Elizabeth and the rest of her team at Village Property Management are, without a doubt, the best property management in San Diego County. Lauren and Elizabeth have always been very responsive and helpful at everything I have needed from making suggestions to get top dollar on my rental, getting help cleaning my house, referring a handyman, and finding great tenants quickly. Her team found a renter for my home in less than a week. Whenever I have an question or request they always response with in minutes. I also want to mention the owners website. It is excellent for my accounting and has all my documents in one place for easy access. They really do go above and beyond and I highly recommend Village Property Management.

Lauren and her staff were amazing to work with. I knew from first meeting Lauren that I was in good hands.They did all of the interviews for prospective tenants and then gave me options.It was so nice to not have the responsibility of monitoring dates.Near the end of the one year lease I received photos of the house and how it was being cared for. Resigning was promptly taken care of.Lauren, Elizabeth and Amber are amazing.Do yourself a favor and put your rental in the hands ofVillage Property Management, Inc.

Not only do they do all the legwork involved in screening prospective tenants, they are really nice to work with and are quick to find the appropriate repair people when any issues arise. Terrific team of Lauren, Elizabeth & Amber. Altho it was hard for my husband to turn over to Property Management Company, it is well worth the money and we are both very pleased with their smooth operation. Lauren & Elizabeth make considerate effort to find the right tenants for your property, doing all the legwork and Amber is quick to find repairmen when the need raises. The follow through is excellent. Highly recommend V.P.M.
