Angel has excellent customer service, very dedicated and knowleageable. Patient, compasionnate, sweet with the elderly people that we need all the assistance we can get. She is a 100% asset for the company. Shows leadership. Thanks so much. We have been coming to ATT and has been a long time customer of ATT.

The literal worst ATT store on the planet. The associate Daisy Velasco and the store manager Brandon Gonzalez are either wildly incompetent and/or straight up criminals.They were unable to unlock one of our devices so we could port it off our plan. Then they upsold us on a new data plan and promised us explicitly that the new bill would not increase at all. Then the new bills came and we were charged hundreds of dollars extra.Daisy and Brandon were unable to resolve the issue and ignored frequent requests for help via text, phone, and e-mail. They would regularly put us on hold for 30-60 minutes then hang up on us.Cost our company tons of time and money. Incredibly frustrated. Thankfully the corporate 1-800 number was able to help fix some of the mess but we are still considering suing them for damages. The situation is still not resolved and has been ongoing for months.Daisy and Brandon should be fired immediately. Huge liability for ATT. A civil claim would be a slam dunk against them (I have extensive written records) and based on some of the other reviews they may be committing criminal offenses as well.Absolutely disgusting experience. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible customer service. When we bought the iPhone 15 they said to bring it in when received and we can help transfer the data. We did not have the right iCloud password so the man said we can’t help you. I asked if we reset can he. I guess he did not think of that. We had a problem with the base account and the subscription account with Daisy who after she could not help us said we only sell phones. I said we should have bought it from Apple and she agreed. The store was not busy so neither sales person was rushed. I guess she was as right, they only sell phones. Next time Apple Store.

We came in the store after my husband lost his phone. Brian and Michael were awesome! They were able to help us get a new phone after a very frustrating situation with the verification process of our account. They offered great customer service and were very professional. Great experience would definitely recommend. Left very content.

The manager Michael was very welcoming. Answered my questions thoroughly. I was helped out by a rep in under 2 minutes. Daisy did an amazing job and gave me great customer service. I’ll definitely be back at Brea for my next purchases

i 100% recommend this store. was very clean and the employees were more than helpful. michael the manager was absolutely amazing. came in with a friend and he was super welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. he made sure i had the best deals and was really interactive! he answered all and any questions i had with a smile. i really enjoyed the experience i had here. thank you, michael!!

The manager Brandon was so helpful and knowledgeable about my cellphone issue. He was very patient and made sure that my problem was resolved. I was lucky that he was the one to help me.

When I walked in there wasn't any customers but all three employees were watching TV or to each other. I had to walk up to one watching TV and ask him if he was busy. I felt like I was interrupting his break. He wasn't friendly or rude. Just not happy at all. My problem was resolved. I did ask him if I could upgrade my phone and he just said I have payments left. I'm assuming if he really wanted to upgrade me he could have but he wanted to be done as fast as possible so he could get back to watching TV. His name is Kobe. The other employees were huddled up talking. It just looked really unprofessional.

I had a really helpful experience with one of the associates, Moriya, that I could not find from my previous carrier. Coming from Boost Mobile, I had constant issues trying to upgrade from an iPhone 11’s physical SIM to an unlocked iPhone 14’s esim. Once I made the switch and brought my concerns to Moriya, the process to get what i’ve been wanting with my device was smooth, effective, and so much more quicker. She was very patient, resourceful, communicative, friendly, and the help I have been looking for since getting my new device.
