I went to get the check a moment ago, unfortunately the manager and her employees were very rude.
And there is no management interaction.

Manager Alex tomatoe is the worst. The “know it all type” without knowing anything. He would rather think he’s correcting you rather than provide some help. I’m pulling my business accounts from here after 10 long years. Bring old manager back.
Don’t recommend doing business here

This branch has problems; they make mistakes to your checkings and savings accounts AND blames YOU (the customer) for their mistakes, wastes your valuable time and restrains you from leaving! Please go to the Yorba Linda location or the Downtown Fullerton location to respect yourself!

My girlfriend was at this Bank of America location yesterday applying for a new credit card. She was sitting in the office of Eric Elmasry as he helped her apply but towards the end of her conversation she noticed Eric recording her on his cell phone. When she confronted him he denied it and then she witnessed him deleting the videos and pictures. She started screaming for someone to help and after a full two minutes of screaming, the branch manager, Alex, came to help. But instead of helping the poor girl, he told there is nothing he could do and she can file a complaint online if she wanted. This is an absolute disgrace. It is illegal under CA law to record someone without their consent, ESPECIALLY when the conversation involved someone giving private financial information. ERIC ELMASRY you are a worthless excuse for a human being and deserve to be locked up for your actions. And Alex, as a branch manager, you should be ashamed of yourself. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Banks have to be a magnet for bad reviews. After all why would someone bother to post a good one. Well here are my findings regarding my 4:30 pm visit today to the Brea branch:
There were 5 atms, three of which give money in various bills from 10's to 100's.
There were three tellers and a line two customers deep.
They could not handle my request to buy Euros or Turkish Lira but explained those currencies could be ordered for delivery the next business day.
The operation was being overseen by Alex who was very helpful and spent additional time with me away from the tellers to help research BofA affiliate banks in Turkey and compare exchange rates.
The bank grounds and interior were immaculate.

This place is the worst!!
I need to change the pin on my debit card, there is no one in line, but I sit here for 20 min because I guess only one person here can do that.
The worst!

I've had nothing but excellent service from this bank!
During the most difficult of times in my Life, this BofA was there for me.
Thank you Bank of America!

Non-existent customer service. Even for customers who’ve banked with BofA for over FOUR DECADES. Imagine? You come into the branch and your transaction you’ve been making for TWO DECADES is suddenly handled differently, you’re treated disrespectfully and despite going home then being asked to come back in for “help,“ you’re not actually helped in any way. Nothing was resolved. Waste of time. Our decades at BofA are coming to an end because of this. This branch needs help. Horrible management skills.

I only come inside the branch when I need it. And it never fails. The lines are always tremendously long. With only one to two tellers working.

I don't bank at B of A and probably never will after yesterday's transactions. I walked in to get money from my SDI (State Disability Insurance) debit card. There were only 2 tellers and 7 people in line and a bunch of employees shooting the breeze with each other. Rule of thumb is, anytime there is more then 3 customers in line you should automatically open another window for good customer service. So I did not want to wait for 7 people in front of me, so I went to use the 2 ATM's outside and I got the same rejection on both of them. I told one of the ladies that was sitting in her cubicle/office and she said to try the 3rd ATM on the other side of the wall. Wrong answer Maam! You should have had someone check to see what was wrong with both machines and also call someone to open up another window for your customers. If what I experienced yesterday is any indication on what goes on any given day, I would change financial institutions a.s.a.p. Read this and get a clue. Poor management skills at this location.

It's the middle of the day 2 windows open with a lime that's out of the door. If you know the 1st is busy then have enough staffing for the seniors that are here. Then yall doing construction with one sofa and no place for them to sit. And you wonder why folks don't want to support in their own community. YOU GUYS NEED TO DO BETTER AND BE ASHAMED TO OFFER THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
