Came to do a like shopping yesterday while my son was at the movies. This BBW is just like any other you've gone to. It's small but there's still a large section of scents. I didn't browse long because I knew exactly what I was looking for. When I went it was dead, I was the only one there. The lady at the register barely acknowledged me, not sure what she was doing but it seemed like I was interrupting her flow. The other woman working the floor greeted me and was very attentive. I think her name was Tracy, she deserves 5/5 stars. Customer service at the counter could use some improvement.

This location always has the sweetest workers! I prefer going here to pick up my online orders rather than going to the Brea mall location. Just wanted to highlight Tracy, who helped me pick up my order tonight! She greeted me as soon as I came in and asked me what I needed help with. Showed her my email, confirmed my info, and she was quick to get my bag and wish me a nice night. I was in and out of there SO fast! Can't wait to enjoy my candles.

Nice & cool inside with wonderful staff. Great selection of candles & other items. Not a large store like the typical ones they have, however what they offer is of quality with good prices. I'd say it's worth a visit!

This is usually my Go to when i don't want to Brave the mall and just go directly to the stand alone store. Located in Down town Brea. Associates here are so friendly and love this store! It's usually always stocked with everything. Came on a Sunday during the Holiday Sales aka $ 2.95 Hand Soap! 11.19.23 It was the lowest price of the season. It wasn't busy at all. Came during mid day. Parking available in the parking structures or if you're lucky. Right out front. It's located next to the new Hapa Cupcakes bakery and Color mee mine. Tip~ Download the app and earn points for rewards along w special offers for App holders like great coupons sent to your app & home! Combine the coupons baby for extra Savings!

NOT OPEN LIKE INTERNET SAYS! went by and parked only to walk to door and find a sign on door saying its NOT OPEN. Hasn't been open for a long time. What's up!!!! Change internet to let people know ITS CLOSED!

This is a comparably tiny Bath & Body Works location, situated on Birch St, across from Bruxie the chicken and waffle place.It still surprises me sometimes how BBW just happens to have smaller branches like these still in existence. But the more, the merrier.In fact, this one is so small, and the exterior signage blends in so well with the old town vibe surrounding, it's forgettable that it's even there.Most other locations would have big and brightly lit logo or text, catching your attention, calling you, "COME IN, COME IN, SMELL ME!"This branch, just quietly and calmly sitting. Waiting. "Notice me, senpai," she whispers.All right, seriously though, I don't think this store gets a lot of foot traffic, because the inventory is WELL STOCKED. All the new candles are fully available. I am talking about every single member of a new collection. All here. Some of the older winter variety, or even fall options, still there.So now I know, and you know too, if you're hunting down a fast-moving hot commodity, you may be able to find it here.I did not make a purchase, attempt a return, or interact much with the staff here. I pretty much walked in and out today, all within 5 to 10 minutes time. So for a rather cursory review, I'd put down 4 stars for now. (A neutral score is what I intend to give, but 3 stars look sort of wrong. Most of y'all think 3 stars or below means a bad business right?) Should opinions and feelings change in the future, I will update then.

Was somewhat disappointed when it got to my turn at the cash register ready to buy 1 of my favorite scented candles, 'Limoncello,' except it was actually just a display piece Not on sale. What a bummer. Well, i didn't end up buying anything else even though there was a Clearance event here today: I couldn't find anything I needed. It was that scent and the 'Winter Candy Apple,' scent which I was unable to locate a spray bottle to. I guess it was not my day here. Already stocked up on hand sanitizers from a prior trip to Cabazon Outlets, so I didn't need anymore of those today. Just wished they had available 'Limoncello' candles for sale. Maybe next time.

Great location.. staff is very nice.. only one employee I did care for.. I think management went straight to her little head and she makes you feel like she's better than you.. other than that ... It's located in a quaint little area of Brea with places to walk around at look at .. shops and restaurants.. a theater.. it's a pleasant place to visit and shop .. relax and enjoy your day.. ?

This is the best Bath and Body Works around. They are super friendly and helpful. I've been to others that aren't so friendly. Suzanne is great here! Highly recommend.

Don’t waste your time… I went in for the last day of 12.95 candles and there is a sign on the door that says “temporarily closed” no details soooo I wasted trip and missed the candle deal
