Today I scheduled an appointment to get my passport for daughter and I. The lady that was supposed to help us was very rude she was hispanic very disappointing. I didn’t know how fill out a passport application and she got upset because I asked. Isn’t her job customer service and answer the questions that we have. If I worked there I wouldn’t have any questions, I wasn’t able to complete my appointment due to her rudeness. My husband couldn’t put up with the treatment that we received in this Brea location.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with USPS and their international shipping service. Despite paying over $70 for Priority Express, my package took a convoluted route from Zurich to LA and ended up staying there for a week before finally reaching its destination, over three weeks later. This package contained time-sensitive documents, making the delay even more unacceptable.Throughout this ordeal, I made multiple calls to USPS seeking assistance, only to be met with empty promises and excuses. I was informed that I could request a refund due to the significant delay, but when I visited the Brea USPS post office, I was told that because my receipt did not specify "guaranteed" delivery, they could not take any action. What's most frustrating is the lack of accountability from USPS. Their advertising, both online and in their offices, boasts delivery within 3-5 business days, yet when faced with a delay, no one at USPS was willing to take responsibility for the mishandling of my package. As a package delivery service, USPS should prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure timely and reliable delivery. However, my experience has been the complete opposite. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and accountability from a company entrusted with handling important shipments. My advice to others would be to explore alternative shipping options to avoid similar frustrations and disappointments.

I dropped off a phone here on July 5 with a representative by the name of Mark. The company that the phone was supposed to go with is claiming they never received the device. I accidentally missed placed the receipt of my drop off which contains the weight of the box which is needed for the dispute. However, I went today to get a receipt and a gentleman by the name of Mark claim that their system is down and won't be running till October 15 the earliest. I advised him that that wasn't mentioned to mention to me at the branch by my house in Anaheim . The only thing that was mentioned was they were not able to pull the receipt there since the transaction wasn't hard there. I feel like I wasn't helped appropriately and I feel like I was lied to. Mark sucks so I got to say I wish I was more helpful people who worked in government.

No line, helpful employees (thank you Cecily!), well stocked with supplies, plentiful parking—this is the perfect USPS location. It’s been awhile since I’ve been here but glad to see it’s still a great location.

There are two gentleman here with longer hair and they are soooo friendly and whimsical. I love this post office. The parking kicks ass, getting in and out is easy, it's roomy inside, and the service just is excellent. It's been this way since forever! I choose this USPS over the others because it's the chillest and easiest. And right across the street is a Sprouts and Target and next door is the mall.

I love going to this post office, the service is fast and friendly. I am a seller and I started to go to this post office to send my packages, I always stand in line to make sure my packages are at the right weight. I never had to wait in line for over 30 minutes even on saturdays. So I give this place a thumbs up!
