When I was sitting down the lady that was cutting my hair told me that the bald cut they can no longer use the buzz box to get my haircut correct when you ask for bald cut it means bald if you can't do it the way you should be doing it maybe you need to change businesses this was ridiculous she also told me according to corporate it takes too much time to do this simple process what a joke on ever come back my name is Douglas Bray it takes about an extra 3 minutes to buzz my hair with that box

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The hispanic stylist who worked on my hair was not only rude but also extremely rough while cutting my hair. When I asked if everything was okay, she assured me it was, yet continued cutting in a harsh manner. I eventually had to ask for someone else, but by that time, the damage was already done. Unfortunately, I left with a haircut I deeply regret. While I still paid for the service, I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

Great Clips is usually hit or miss for me and I occasionally use them whenever I don't have a local barber shop. This haircut was definitely "Great".
Ms.Ngo (it said Betty on the receipt but it said Ngo on her professional license) did a fantastic job and was very efficient and thorough for a 20 min haircut. Also her equipment was well maintained and top class. If Great Clips supported appointments with specific stylists I would definitely come back more often. But regardless I think this Great Clips is one of the better ones so you will probably get a decent haircut no matter who you get.
Also they charge a competitive price for CA. $23 as of Aug 2024 and you can usually get a few bucks off with a coupon.

If you have not been here before and especially if you are a woman, discuss exactly what you want - how long, how you style your hair, how long since your last haircut. Anything you can tell the person to help them understand what you expect. I did not apparently get my expectations across enough to the person who cut my hair and I got what is probably the only way she knew to cut short hair: a man's cut. I am a 75 year old woman getting ready to take a special cruise and my regular stylist just canceled due to illness so I gave Great Clips a try in desperation. My hair now cannot even be curled with a curling iron and I am considering ordering a wig. Will not go here again.

You can check in via an app, which tells you how long you have to wait right on your phone. The salon itself is clean and efficient.

Arlette is an amazing stylist. She cuts hair with detail and patience. I love that she takes her time and gets it right. I always go into this location hoping for Arlette or Lanae to cut my hair.
