Front Desk staff are great especially Alex, thank you for being so friendly and accommodating our requests. We also requested maintenance to come to fix a squeaky door and they resolved very quickly. As well as the confusing TV remotes, they were very helpful with that too.
This hotel has great potential and the suites are suitable for small families with the pull out sofa. They do not have an airport shuttle at all, breakfast was basic eggs, meat, waffles etc. But coffee/tea station was available all day which we appreciated.
The only improvements that they could do was more on the housekeeping and cleanliness. We found an empty chips wrapper while pulling out the sofa bed. All the dishes and cutlery were in the dishwasher when we came in, not sure if that is the norm here. The tub has some pink mold around the edges and the water didn't drain that well. Overall minor things which can be fixed easily.
Thanks again for taking care of us before our long flights out of SFO!

Nice, simple and relaxing experience!
I was able to check in on my phone and use it to open my door. That was kinda great and convenient if you don’t necessarily want to wait in a line or talk to people.
They offer breakfast from 6-9am, nothing super special that you need to wake up super early to, but nice to have the option to fill your belly up.
Rooms are nice little studio style set up with plenty of space for 2 maybe even 3 people with the pull out on couch they have.
Bathrooms were super spacious and water was nice and pressurized.
Oh and most important, everything was clean and maintained. Convenient location to airport or just far enough from inner SF.

Horrible service. They charged me for an extra late checkout for no reason. The customer service was horrible, and they didn't even have someone come in and perform housekeeping for my whole stay.
Horrible service overall.

Nice hotel close to SFO airport. Full suite so had cook top, fridge and kitchenette. Nice seating area and adequate bathroom (shower had some mold, but minor). Location is pretty good, and there is a nice business park and marina nearby with a nice walking trail /public spaces. Not many restaurants or grocery stores nearby, but not far if you have a vehicle. Overall I had a good 5 nights at this hotel.
Rooms: Clean and spacious. Odd TV location, and lots of channels missing (direct tv dispute, not hotels fault).
Nearby activities: Walking around the marina and other public spaces.

I have yet to receive any request acknowledged it or responded to.
I assume it would be a decent place to stay had I not required a basic internet connection. Unfortunately for the purpose of this stay I have to give it this rating.
Expect to wait on breakfast. Each time i've gone down i've had to wait for 15+ minutes for food replenish of the buffet.
The motion activated air conditioning ensures your room is going to be crispy hot and amazingly humid when you get back for the day.
If you sleep still as i do, you're also going to have issues after any nap/sleep. Waking up to 80° is always gross...
I'm here for a work trip and I'm in need of using the internet. The internet is so choppy that I am unable to complete any work here at the hotel.
Edit:
As much as I appreciate the response, the number you list for me to call is a number that sends me straight to the front desk. Incidentally, each of these issues I have already brought up to the front desk and each still had yet to be addressed. While you wrote out this terrible request for a response I am still here. I am still currently staying at your location. I don't understand why you feel the need to embarrass your front desk while I call said number in the lobby and listen while their phone rings and they answer it putting them on a secondary spotlight and infuriating me because now, in my eyes, you're failing to take any responsibility for anything that has just happened and can still be salvaged. I don't understand why things can't be as easy as "Let's find this guy. If he's still with us, let's see what he needs. Let's turn his stay around." and instead just choose to continue to ignore him when everyone else has.
It's an embarrassment that, when before i would actively seek out Homewood suites locations for my 95% travel out of the year, now has me going out of my way to actively avoid any and every such location going forward.
Edit2:
I am finally checking out and I can assure everyone that nothing was ever addressed.
The attitude at the front desk when I asked for a paper receipt upon leaving definitely sealed the deal. I have a 5:00 a.m. flight to catch. I don't understand why it takes so long to procure a paper receipt when my check out date and time was already decided on a week ago. Yes I did initially agree to a email receipt, but I was not told it would come "after audits"... whenevr that is (wasn't disclosed)

The entire hotel staff are fantastic. I come to this hotel every nine weeks, one stands in particular and her name is Carla. She always greets you with a smile and really works to make my stay pleasant.

No hot water for shower. The manager had the audacity to ask me to call up corporate office with my problem because according to him in California they don't care about customers.

The hotel is located in Brisbane California close to the San Francisco Airport & Brisbane Marina Bay area. The hotel is quiet and smoking free location. Perfect for families. Very courteous & friendly staff in reception area and in the kitchen for breakfast. Breakfast is served from 6am to 9am. The cafeteria area has plenty of seating & breakfast is very good, You can make your own waffle, eggs and/or omelette sausage, bacon and potatoes, oatmeal, bagels, toast, cereal, fruits, juice coffee and chocolate milk, and tea there are a variety of breakfast serve daily in the buffet. The best part is there is a coffee bar always by the hallway to get a cup of coffee or hot water for tea. On Wednesday they have social evenings at 6 pm & they serve nachos with alcoholic beverages Wine & beer for adults. That was a treat! The room was very clean & the kitchen had a working stove & we made hot dogs one night & it was convenient it had pans, utensils, dishes, the fridge was a regular size refrigerator. The dishwasher was full of clean dishes. The living room area was spacious & had a good size sofa that turned into a bed. We had a king size bed & the bathroom was a good size. The bedroom had a door for privacy from the living room area. Overall our stay was 6 nights 5 days. We enjoyed ourselves & definitely will return. You can take a stroll across the street is the Brisbane Bay & see the ocean & the boats at the marina. It was beautiful .

Rooms are very shabby, we had to open and move the sofa bed for our children ourselves?! Otherwise the four of us would have only had a two-bed room. The carpet smelled funny.
Breakfast: sufficient offer, but everything on plastic dishes with plastic cutlery
Noteworthy details: Proximity to the airport is good if you want to get to the hotel quickly after a long flight

Nothing special just fine. No restaurants or anything to eat in walking distance
