I took in my 93 Toy Dolphin because the front seal on the forward facing over cab window was leaking. They replaced the entire window telling me their was a crack in the window and that "That is where the leak was...." So ok , thank you new glass and " That window will not leak at all anymore. " he said so I felt pretty happy. I figured EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS was a reasonable price.....RV sat through rain all winter and I'm thinking "yay it's fixed " HOWEVER when I went to put sheets on the bed , the mattress was wet and the corner of the window where I told him it WAS leaking was exposed and the window was not sealed with anything more than the seal that I told him was leaking ....no fresh calking to hold water out and window in was ever used....when putting in the new glass back into place . THE OLD SEAL WAS REUSED WHICH IS FINE BUT UNDER SAID SEAL NOTHING WAS ADDED TO STOP THE OLD SEAL FROM STILL LEAKING. A light plastic was used to cover the empty space while the new glass was on order.... The glue residue was left all around the for me to get off . Very difficult for this old lady to do . Standing on the hood of the vehicle is dangerous for me so I think I have to just live with the mess . Thanks buddy ! anyways now I hav it at a local auto body shop and they are going to seal the window into place and CHECK IT FOR LEAKING AFTER they have finished . Browns Valley RV just thought they knew it all and what I told them was not valid ....that pisses me off. G Wiz it also cost me 40 bucks for a Uber ride to pick it up, not their fault but just the same . If you are a woman alone I would not go their ever again if I can help it . Enough said...so now I'm also looking for water damage that should be addressed . Their was no water damage from the first knowledge of the leak in the beginning , but if there is damage now , it is the fault of Browns Valley RV . NOT FUN FOR ME ...IM JUST SHAKING MY HEAD Duh ?

Im just going to describe my experience to give potential customers an idea of what they can possibly expect. We brought our fifth wheel in on July 19 2022 to have some miscellaneous repairs done, the counter person asked if we needed it back right of way and i told him we were taking a trip in approximately 3weeks and he said that shouldn't be a problem, i also asked at that time if he could get me a price on a new awning skin as i was thinking on replacing it. Fast forward two weeks, hadn't heard anything so i called and the lady that answered said the tech had been on vacation and she would have him call me, he called and said parts were on order. Fast forward another week , made a call, tech was out with a bad back, he did call back the next day and said he would have the parts in on Wednesday and it would be ready by Friday... missed my camping trip at this point... he called again and said after getting the part it didn't work and would have to order more parts to complete repair.. ok but why did you not see this to begin with? ( faulty landing gears/legs) ok so ordered those fast forward another week and now counter guy is on vacation so nothing for a few days then a call from the tech saying gears would be in soon .. second camping trip missed.. as a side note i never got an answer from counter guy on awning so tech got me a price and i said do it, he stated it would be six weeks and i said i would just make another appointment for that as i needed the trailer for a third trip... tech called a week later and said the canvas had come in and they were going to install it and trailer would be ready.. called later that day and he said oh, I'm sorry but the awning that came in was someone else's and we have your awning taken apart so can you wait another week...waited another week and a half or so and it was finally ready. Went to pick it up and it still wasn't ready and had to wait about a half hour to hook up.... It took them from July 19 to September 12....missed all of our end of summer trips

Had to make an appointment 30 days in advance to have a fifth wheel hitch installed. Gentlman was friendly and said they were very busy. Fair enough, but three days before my appointment I received a phone call canceling my appointment because the person who performs these projects was not coming in and they could not even reschedule me an appointment for the future. I was told to look elsewhere. Very unprofessional and this was the shop everyone recommended for this type of work in our area.

Fantastic customer service. Blaine and everyone I worked with were great. I came in for a steering box failure in my Jeep that happened while I was traveling. They worked with the part supplier on the warranty, and the shop that had done the initial steering box replacement in Arizona so that I didn't end up having to pay again for a repair caused by a faulty part. Not only that, they worked me into their packed schedule to get me back on the road without delays. Above and beyond, definitely recommend and would go back again if I'm back in the area.Service: Steering / Suspension

I took our travel trailer to Browns Valley Auto & RV as the dealer couldn't get me in for 6weeks and then needed the trailer kept there for 5 to 7 days to do warranty work. With Browns, my appointment was made for 3 days out and I picked up the rig the morning of the 3rd day, 6 days total! This was my first experience using any service shop outside the dealership and I couldn't be happier. I found the entire staff to be efficient, knowledgeable, and quick. Richard F
