NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE...This is a very difficult bank.Korean banks in Korea are really good, but shouldn't we follow the foreign banking system?If you always stay in place, customers will feel uncomfortable.

As a matter of fact , all the banks are kind and friendly service for sure , however this bank makes you feel like more familier, or humanly feels than facing just rules & systems , to me more human bank , not totally computer bank
