I had to take the time to write a review. My experience with Cindi, in the loan department was TOP of line service!! She is so professional and personable. She had answers to all my questions, some before I even asked. She was only concerned with MY best interest. I was so impressed. I am so grateful for the service she provided me. Big shout out to Louis and Cindi!!! They made my auto loan process quick and easy! I came in with the documentation requested and walked out with a check for the dealership. 10/10 customer service!!! Was the easiest process I've ever been through regarding purchasing a vehicle! Facility is very modern and clean and staff is excellent!

My friend has been talking about gain credit union for months now and how good there loans are. I decided to get a loan and buyout my leased car. The service was great and the teller which was Allen, helped us out tremendously. Another person who helped us out was Cynthia, she was in charge of loan processing. Overall, great experience here at gain and thank you for helping me get my car loan.

I recently got a car loan from gain and I couldn’t be anymore happier. Allen was the person who helped me with the loan set up and application process. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was my first time taking a car loan and the process was smooth. Very satisfied with the outcome and I want to thank Allen again for the help.
