I stopped by this Gap today because I was waiting for my friends to join me for dinner nearby. This place had a lot of sales since it's almost Black Friday and the Christmas time. This store is a decent size and looked fully stocked when I came tonight. I looked at the men jeans and jacket which some were nice. Then I walked to the back and looked at the kids clothing. The selections of clothing here are good and the prices with the discount I believe is fair. I didn't interact with any employees or see any employees on the floor, most of them were working the cashier.

This store has a convoluted return policy. Don’t shop here. I’d refer you to shop online instead so you can easily return items.

This gap is merchandised better than others, however the clothes are just bad. If you want to have clothes that make you look like a square dad from the suburbs. Go here!

Once in a while I stop by to see what I can find on sale. The original prices here are very high but I always buy stuff that is 40% off (or more sometimes)They have cute clothes for kids, I used to shop here for my son a lot when he was younger. Now a teen, he doesn't fit into kids clothes anymore. Overall a great place to shop, specially the clearance section.

Horrible Customer Services! Would give them NO star if it was possible. Picked up an online order and did not realized that one censor tag wasn't removed until I got home. Gotta bring the item back the next day to have it removed. As I walked up to the register and explained the situation, the clerk cut me off and asked for the receipt immediately, no apology whatsoever for the inconvenience they caused me. Felt so gutted as her attitude make me look like a theft. If they had have done their job from the first place, I wouldn't need to bring this back and experience all this. I returned the item in the end...Pay for it and get treated like a theft...NO, thanks.
