I knew what I wanted the minute I walked in. I had some past issues with my credit, but they worked with me to lock in financing, and I drove off in my new car just over an hour after I arrived.Comfy lounge area, really cool guys to deal with. I’ll be back!I forgot to ask for the photo we took after the purchase. Hopefully they post it here ??

I was looping for a car, tired of drivig aroud found Inside, Car Guys. They help me find the perfect car for my family. They have a Ping-pong table, TV with recliners, popcorn machine and to make this the best day they surprised the kids with pizza. Thank you guys very happy for my first car experience

My son purchased a car in November 2023. The salesmen were very nice while he was purchasing the car. He specifically said he was a full-time student and had no more than $4000 for a car. He agreed to pay $3000 in cash and finance the balance. He "signed" the paperwork on line, but their printer wasn't working properly so he was unable to get a copy of what he signed at that time. The paperwork was emailed to him that evening, showing that he had financed $3808.57 - not $1000 - making the total price for the 2001 Honda with 219,000 miles almost $7000; way beyond Blue Book. When I drove the car home from the lot, the battery had to be charged, the radio didn't work, the key only unlocked the driver's side door, and the hood switch broke. Conveniently for Inside, none of this was covered in the "warranty". Even though they verbally offered $100 if the battery did not work when we got the car home, that offer was reneged as it was not part of the "written warranty". Since, Inside has been very unprofessional and left us no alternative but to file a lawsuit. They have since called my son and when he refused to take down his HONEST negative review, told him to "f" off. Despite saying they offered to fix the "small" issues with the car, they never did so. Now they are threatening to "charge" my son $2200; $700 to remove his review plus $1500 in legal fees.
